The last time I came was winter 2024, a full year later and I am excited to see that the quality of the food and service has remained exactly the same.
That consistency was perfect for my guest who had never been. I was very proud I could prominently show off a Manitoban staple.
The atmosphere is always intimate, with dimmed lighting and candlelight at the table. The waiter was the same I had last time, and he is an absolute patient gem, who I must admit, it is because of him I am already planning my next trip to be a lot sooner than a year.
The food was perfect, I have no notes, other than the crème brûle which was stone cold and lost it’s goopy consistency underneath the torched sugar. But with all the other things we had it didint put a damper on our mood even a little.
I look forward to coming back again. 10/10

This restaurant did a fantastic job organizing our friend’s rehearsal dinner before the wedding! They customized the menu and took real good care of each guests. The food was amazing and the service was top notch. Thank you Fusion Grill. We will be back.

Recently visited here for dinner not knowing at all what to expect. Fusion Grill was fantastic! Our server (Rawle) was the definition of what service should be- he greeted us immediately at the door, was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. We ordered the Duck Confit and the Bison steak dish. Both had amazing, fresh flavor combinations that came together perfectly. Love the use of local ingredients and drinks. We will go back for sure - well done!

We made a last minute reservation for a group of eight to celebrate a union of cultures as my son’s future in laws were in from India. Fusion Grill once again outdid themselves with great food, great service and great ambiance. Our group was a blend of vegetarians, meatatarians, and pescatarians. To have us all leave feeling great about the experience is a result you can only expect from the Fusion Grill team. Thank you do much!!!

Finally have some time to write down reviews.We had great experiences here including food,wine,service and vibe.
Prefect place for couple,date,fine dining,birthday,anniversary.
Difference selections of Canadian wine,different varieties local ingredients.
We spend 200+including wine,dessert,appetizer,and main course for both. Reasonable prices,large portions of main course. We will visit soon again!

Best service hands down in Winnipeg. Were very kind to accommodate our big group and the service throughout the night was exceptional, including making sure our two birthday people got their dessert with candles on. The food was excellent. Super happy to have found this gem in Winnipeg and will for sure come back and recommend to others.

Totally phenomenal chef creations. Our visit to the Fusion Grill was an afterthought, and should have been the target all along! The Duck Confit we ordered was a fantastic creation. Not something thrown together! The best meal we had in Winnipeg, and we ate at some really nice places as well! Make reservations as their dining area is small! Total experience was incredible!

Amazing restaurant. It had been years between visits but the memory of the food was the same. Incredible menu and the fact that they've been operating at this level for over 20 years speaks to their reputation.

You simply cannot go wrong with anything on the menu.

Everything was cooked absolutely perfect and the taste was unbelievable. Service was out of the world from a fella named Rawle.
