The best Chinese food in Winnipeg! We used to order from here on a monthly basis until we moved away. Came back to Winnipeg for a visit this week and the first place we went to order food from was Golden Dragon. It was as great as I remember. I love the veal and sweet and sour chicken balls.

Sorry to say this but you guys completely messed up my order even when I came to your place and explained it to you. The only thing i asked was to make my order spicy and uh guys made me a sweet chicken which was completely opposite of what I wanted. I ordered noodles and told you to make it spicy which you didn’t. Being reasonable I called you and asked to exchange my chicken cuz I can deal with the noodles and you denied it saying you can’t make anything spicy. I mean how difficult it is to add chilli. I am not a petty customer and I made a reasonable request which you denied and I didn’t even ask for my money back. But i am leaving this review for other customers so they can be careful with what they’re expecting.

I ordered from them last night and the food was delicious! Delivery was also very quick

Im not usually a huge fan of Chinese food. I always get sick of it after a few bites but not this place! The food here was so good. 10/10. Will only be ordering from this place any time I want chinese

Last two times we ordered everything taisted like it was day old warmed up
after years of ordering from here its time to go elsewhere

i ordered to my home. the special fried rice was so salty i could not eat it. the szechuan style beef and broccoli was only slight less salty and i could eat it. TOO MUCH SALT. and one of the spring rolls was uncooked on one side. for 55 bucks (11 dollar tip) this was a total rip-off. too bad but it was a hit or miss and this is a miss. now i know.

The delivery was super quick! The food was very good, except the chicken fried rice (wasn't good), I'm pretty sure it wasn't fried at all, & I did not detect eggs, (which any good Chinese restaurant will have in it). The battered shrimp was also not great. What was great was the dry breaded pork, the lemon chicken, and the Cantonese Chow Mein was pretty good.

As far as I'm concerned this is the best Chinese food place in the city, hands down, no comparison.

Staff was very nice to describe some dishes to me as it was my first time to buy food in the area ❤️ This is the best go-to Chinese takeout in the city! Will order again ?

Wasn't a fan of the lemon chicken. Was abit over done. Everything else was good wasn't our regular choice but not a bad choice nice and close
