We had a good dining experience at Golden Loong, the hand pulled noodles have that nice chewy texture to it and the chilli oil adds that fragrant and a bit spicy kick to it, mapo tofu was also good though a tad salty when it was not as hot but perfect with rice, the lamb with pickled veggies in sour broth is perfect in this cold weather, pork bun would have been better if the pork was not so sloppy and the bun should be a bit more toasted on the bottom but otherwise good as well,...
Amazing food. There were three of us, and We had mapo tofu and beef noodle soup. All wonderful. And took almost half of it home. Very authentic Xian style food. Highly recommended.
Be sure to avoid thunder and spicy noodles! The Roujiamo, Liangpi and Youpo noodles are delicious, but the sour noodles are too unpalatable. The soup tastes like shabu-shabu water and the sourness is pitiful. It’s like leftover soup with some noodles added. . The boiled pork intestines are very clean, and the mutton with fresh peppers is also okay. They are all useless. From now on, I will just eat Roujiamo Liangpi!
