Gondola Pizza Restaurants

Gondola Pizza never fails to please me. Delicious thin crust pizza with a delicate tasting tomato sauce. I ordered my medium pizza with cheese, side bacon and fresh mushrooms (but do love the canned mushrooms from other locations). Had it delivered by Skip the dishes. A little over an hour in total to receive it which is average time. It wasn’t overly warm but it was also -30 very cold winter day. Just warmed it up and devoured it. Gondola has always been one of my favourite pizzas for years. Also like other places but depends on my mood. This is one of the thinnest crusts and that’s what I preferred. You can also get a thicker crust.

I never had Gondola Pizza before. It was really good. Just had a basic pepperoni to go, but the cheese was really thick and tasted good. If indicative of the rest of the menu options, highly recommend it!

I ordered a pizza with one topping (pineapple) online and they decided to add ham to it too. When asked for them to correct it they refused and said I have to take it up with UberEats because I ordered it through there when I was more then willing to go pick up a fixed one but their kitchen was “about to close” so they could not. After a long and tiring day it would be great to have some food but nope!

Ordered pizza said would be there within 1hr! Called when was supposed to be here saying the driver is delayed! I said pizza better not be cold as they said 15 more minutes? Pizza showed up and is cold! Roblin Blvd location in

Extremely poor customer service ordered two pizzas and a salad for delivery the pizzas came but the driver said they forgot the salad but they would bring it “when they can”. Realized that I was also missing the sour cream it was supposed to come with. I called to confirm how long the salad would be and see if it would make sense to cancel as it was already late and we weren’t going to wait to eat for them to come back. They offered no apology and were quite rude on the phone. I mentioned that we also didn’t get the sour cream with the pizzas he said they will bring it with the salad. Following the shockingly rude responses I mentioned I didn’t think I would be ordering from them again and the response was “well the pizzas came fine right?”.It was my first time ordering from this location and I don’t think I would order from them again. My options were wait and have cold pizza or have our full order for dinner. I understand mistakes happen but the restaurant couldn’t even offer an apology for the error they just seemed irritated that I had called.The delivery driver apologized and was kind when he delivered the salad but whoever was working at the restaurant was super rude and unhelpful.Got the salad about 40 minutes after the original delivery. Never received the sour cream.

quite possibly the worst pizza I have ever received! couldn't even eat it, for some reason the crust was a greenish colour and there didn'y appear to e any sauce on it. I ended up throwing out about $60 worth of pizza. Will never order from here again.

Made an order confirmed the address…. TWICE. They said be there in an hour then called 45 minutes into the one hour saying “sorry we actually can’t deliver to that address” ….. thus the reason why I confirmed it twice, nothing but issues every order, previously cold pizza and cold wings this time they can’t deliver.

Had a issue with my gluten free pizza, person on phones answer to issue was no one took a bite out of your pizza.I would like to thank owner operator for her swift look into issue, she contacted me the next day was awesome and offered to fix issue. I declined but I did raise the service stars because of this.I still personally will choose some place else for my gluten free pizza but I can say my friends having the normal pizza were happy with it(they had a large pep and bacon) and enjoyed it. Owner/Operator clear cares about her business and customers.

Ordered regular crust and they gave me thin crust and told me it was regular crust. My opinion is they don't know how to make pizza.Their dough is like pita bread the person on the phone said he has been making pizza for 35 years maybe they should stop making pizza or learn how to make a pizza. Just so you know I'm Italian and pizza isn't made on thin crust very disappointed and will never order from them again.

This place is horrific, I've tried to give it chances multiple times but it seems to get worse every time , and to be considered a "premium " pizza place is crazy ! Take the drive to the portage location is my advice !
