Worst Gondola in Winnipeg! Rude manager, admits to door dash jacking the price up 3x. 2 individual pizzas cost $65 plus two seperate fees of $5 added to bill. Long time customer but I'm done with Gondola and this location.

They are open until 1 am and can’t even answer their phone for an hour of calling time. very by impressed, Had people over and they were very upset as well. 0 stars If I could. not professional at all, least you can do is update the website hours, or they lied and left early who knows. Not cool!!

A bit on the pricier side. Ordered two extra large pizzas and a salad and the total was $76. For reference you could get 4 pizzas at dominos for the same price.

That said the pizza and salad was great.

Ordered a pizza over the phone, asked about specials and was told to go look online for the details of current specials. So I placed an order for a large bacon, pepperoni, Italian sausage and mushrooms pizza for take out. I arrived to pick up pizza and they had no record of it, although they remembered taking my order.... asked if I would wait another 15 mins so they could make another pizza, no mention of it being complimentary or a discount or anything... I have been a fan of Gondola pizza for about 25 years, and this experience really puts a sour taste in my mouth. I am hoping after reading this review, Gondola tries to make things right.

2 stars for the pizza being tasty… but delivery took over 90 minutes for a pizza salad wings and cinnamon sticks. Then my Caesar salad was covered in white onions - Gross. Why is there onions? It’s not listed on the menu and couldn’t eat it. Went straight to the garbage because the amount of onion was so over powering. If ordering I recommend you try a different location… this one the employees seem out to lunch. Was optimistic the Cinnamon stix would be good but they are just extremely dry bread sticks with oil sugar and cinnamon. Don’t recommend!

I have been a regular of this location for a few years. As of late the pizza has consistently been in the decline. I’m not sure if it’s corner cutting as I imagine their food costs have increased like every other restaurant.Regardless the pizza at this location is no longer up to standard. I did give this location the benefit of the doubt by ordering a few more times thinking the first time I experienced a decline in the pizza was just an off night, however, now the food is consistently subpar.Sad considering the staff has always been quite nice to me.Won’t be back.

Great place! Great pizza!

I order a 15" Cheese Pizza thin crust and a family size Greek salad. The pizza was paper thin and the sauce and cheese were not evenly spread. It was lukewarm when I picked it up. The Greek salad wasn't a true Greek salad. There was no feta cheese, cucumbers and romaine lettuce. Mozzarella cheese was used and leaf lettuce with spinach, and croutons was used instead. This was not a traditional Greek salad. Very disappointed customer.

I would give negative stars but you can't on this review platform.Absolutely the worst pizza ever. I ordered a half and 15" pizza for delivery.We live ten minutes tops from this horrible place it came stone cold. When called to complain I was met with nothing but lies and conflict.All I wanted was my money back or a free pizza. By far the worst customer service I've ever encountered .
