I order a 15" Cheese Pizza thin crust and a family size Greek salad. The pizza was paper thin and the sauce and cheese were not evenly spread. It was lukewarm when I picked it up. The Greek salad wasn't a true Greek salad. There was no feta cheese, cucumbers and romaine lettuce. Mozzarella cheese was used and leaf lettuce with spinach, and croutons was used instead. This was not a traditional Greek salad. Very disappointed customer.Parking: Parking Spot in front of the pizza joint

I would give negative stars but you can't on this review platform.Absolutely the worst pizza ever. I ordered a half and 15" pizza for delivery.We live ten minutes tops from this horrible place it came stone cold. When called to complain I was met with nothing but lies and conflict.All I wanted was my money back or a free pizza. By far the worst customer service I've ever encountered . Buyer beware these people are out to rip you off. A void this place at all cost.Below is a picture of their wonderful so-called fresh pizza.

The worst! After spending $60 on 2 pizzas, the salty, dry rubbish we were given is criminal. It was all made worse when Gondola argued with me for 20 minutes about whether or not it mattered that my pizza was dry because I did not pay for the extra sauce I clearly requested. Gross.

Ordered a pair of pizzas from this location despite reading the poor reviews. I had ordered a Pioneer Pizza and it tasted of nothing but onion, didn’t taste any other toppings which I visually saw. On top of the horrible tasting pizza, the pizza arrived nearly 2 hours after ordering it online. This location does a serious injustice to the Gondola Pizza brand. ☹️

Online it says they have deals on 2 pizzas when you call in they say certain pizzas dont apply when online they clearly do, when i asked how long delivery would take i was told a hour and ten mins then the promise time was an hour and a half. They called back to say they ran out of tomatoes for pizza and ultimately my pizza was delivered 20 minutes past their "promise" time why have a time if you cant follow it. If its like this on a tues i can only imagine on a fri.
