We showed up pretty late last night and they had already finished their cleaning. They still made us a drink for one of us. I decided not to get anything because they didn’t have any tapioca pearls left. They gave me a drink on the house since I was disappointed. Excellent service! Thank you! :)

I ordered the Milk Foam, Wintermelon hot tea with Mango jelly. It was delicious. Service was friendly and quick. Site was clean with no wait time for a table.

We recently visited this spot, and although it wasn't as expected, their bubble tea and bubble waffles were definitely highlights. The quality was great, but the prices were a bit steep.
That being said, I'd still recommend it for either a sit-down experience or a quick pick-up. The bubble tea and waffles are worth trying, and the convenience of pick-up makes it a great option for those on-the-go.

We needed a place to sit & chill with our family Saturday night, & this hit the spot. Delicious teas (& great variety), helpful staff & a cozy atmosphere to sit and enjoy. Bonus: accidentally left my wallet behind and the staff rescued it and kept it safe until I came back! Great little stop!

I love Gong Cha. They have lots of flavors and almost unlimited combos. The tea is good and the specials are interesting. But this store is dropping the ball. I stopped by while I was in the city (live out of town) and ordered two large and one medium drink,to go. By the time I got into my car, I realized none of the drinks were accurately done. I thought I was sufficiently clear about my order, as the employee epeated it to me but every drink had something wrong with it or had extras I didn't order... Maybe they're new... I'll stick to the location by McPhillips going forward. Very disappointed.
I love to get the milk tea with pearls. The chocolate bubble waffle is amazing! It's better than Panda tea in terms of price, but it's less sweet (I order the exact same thing everywhere I go).
