Best bubble tea I’ve ever had!

probably the quickest service at a boba shop ive had in wpg, the girls taking our order were helpful and our drinks were made shortly!!

Had a great experience at Gongcha. Don’t come here often for boba but I really like their panda milk foam tea! It’s their signature drink and absolutely delicious!

Also got a few other drinks for friends and they were all so yummy! We originally wanted aloe grapefruit green tea but they ran out of grapefruit. I asked what a similar item would be and we got peach instead! The peach green tea was refreshingly delicious even with zero sugar

Didn’t wait long at all for 3 drinks to be made. Service was very efficient and had a wonderful experience here!

Came in at 4:50 with a few friends to get some drinks and the person working took long to take our orders when there was no one in the store other then an online order that the person working took almost 10 mins to attend to and we could hear the noise and the driver was there waiting then around 4:55 another worker came in and took our orders and made all the drinks while the other person left and we all felt bad because the person that took over looked like they were annoyed due to from what we think was empty containers above their heads and we faintly over heard them ask if they made new teas and they said no and we could see the visible frustration in the worker that took over and with more people coming in they were essentially swamped and when the other person left they left all the empty drinks to be made by the person that took over just feel rather bad for the person working having to have be left with a mess and also tend to customers coming in but the person that took over did make our drinks very nicely and was prompt with it My friends and i ordered smoothies and my strawberry oreo smoothie was the smoothest smoothie ive ever had here good drink

good drinks, good service, but poor management: only one person was working a huge rush this morning on a weekend? not the first time i've noticed this too

Boba was good but they seriously need to hire more staff. A young girl was completely alone on the weekend to take all orders and make all drinks. It's unreasonable to expect one person to manage a rush on their own.

shoutout to the girl who worked last night and got a huge rush around 8:30 pm. you powered through and still made the effort to be friendly and patient

The best bubble tea shop that I have visited in the city the workers were very nice and friendly and worked fast while also giving the best quality service the workers kept there area clean over the desk and everything looked presentable amazing shop and amazing workers easy 5 starts.

Amazing and impeccable staff here at gongcha they always inquire about my day and make me feel like I am a friend here at gongcha. No better place to get the tastiest bubble tea in the city you would be stupid if you didn’t try this place!

Definitely my go-to Boba tea shop! Fast service and friendly workers! My favorite is the blended peach smoothie with Boba pearls and a hint of red bean. Never had a bad experience there.

They never have pearls, two times in a row I have went on different days to find out they were out of pearls. In the middle of the afternoon. I’ve never experienced this at other places..

They ran out of bubbles at 4pm... If it was near closing okay sure. I'm surprised they have to wait until they're completely out to start making a new batch. Also, the other times I've went the people working looked and sounded like they hated their job. Sorry I ordered??
