Gongcha 贡茶 (Bubble Tea) Pembina

The only thing this location has going for it is a sizable parking lot. The staff have difficulty hearing since I've got to repeat my order 2-3 times, sometimes I actually have to project my voice absurdly loud. Additionally they make the drinks more slowly and weaker than other locations. Smoothies I get from here aren't nearly as sweet as other locations such as the Osborne one. I've come here a handful of times out of convenience and I've never gotten a satisfactory experience or product, very disappointing. I'm not going here anymore.

Had their strawberry earl grey Oreo smoothie, and it’s amazing 10/10 definitely recommend

Came in 10 min to close, they were able to open their machines again and make us our drinks! Great Service.

We had strawberry almond jelly milk tea… I can’t express my feeling… its toooooo yummy … i never had such a good drink earlier… it made my day… everyone must try it❤️❤️❤️

My coworker and I wanted boba so decided to order from Gongcha. We both got their popular drink - brown sugar latte with less ice. It was not that sweet and the staff was so cute writing Happy New Year for us :D .

No fault of Gong Cha but I didn't like the last drink (texture was off for my liking) but every other time I've gone here it's been great. Friendly service with a smile, tasty drinks. And the attached Japanese convenience store (?) is neat to browse.

Drinks are consistently great, their milk foam series are the best.

This location is connected to a neighbouring store so you can walk around while waiting for your drink.
