The customer service is terrible rude and Ignorant. I am a Driver for one of the food delivery services in the city and I have had this place cancel multiple orders on customers. Most recently I was even told that I am responsible for telling the customer that they have none of the items they ordered and I will need to contact the delivery service to have the order cancelled.
