Ordered the Double Classic Entree, where we got to chose 2 different sides. I kept on saying in both Filipino and in English, I wanted the Kare-kare, and the bopis, but it felt that the servers was pushing me to get the galongong. She served me the bopis and galongong. Not bopis and Kare Kare like I've requested 4 times.I also ordered halo halo, and I mentioned it to the cashier, more than 3 times. She still forgot to charge me for the dessert, but almost charged me for the person behind me food, as he seemed to disregard personal space and kept pushing his order, beside my order.

Employees in most of the cashier in the supermarket never pay attention to the customers. They love talking to each other, talking about other people's lives.I have been encountering same situation whenever I shop here. One of them, even put a "lane closed" sign just to enjoy their chit chat thing. To the Managers/ supervisors of this department, please train your cashier employees on how to do their job during working hours. It's really annoying

the presentation of the food that has this bulosa, but unfortunately its taste leaves much to be desired, the pasta was absolutely tasteless, the meat was dry, and the shrimp began to smell of ammonia that we could not eat them…Sadly bad experience!!!

I had ordered a small beef steak, 2 barbecue sticks, calamansi juice, and a plate of rice. The staff were without a doubt helpful and exceptionally kind. The pricing is fairly standard and the food is exceedingly tasty. I would recommend to any curious inquirers.

Please avoid buying from this place. Once of the kitchen employee were unsanitary. My brother went to the washroom and saw a staff member wearing an apron also went in with his gloves on. While my brother was washing his hands he noticed the employee just left after he peed without washing his hands. The gross part is he was still wearing the gloves. My brother then got curious on which area this guy worked at and he went to the grill city kitchen. This is pretty gross and unsanitary. Will never buy food from this place ever again.
The cebuchon is one of my fav. In grill city! Plus i always have a to go pancit palabok! I love the ulam they serve, from sinigang na bangus to ginataan langka (jackfruit) with perfect partners in fried GG ????. The barbeque was so tasty yet soft as you chew, and also the pinaputukan na tilapia and pompano was mouth watering! Definitely i will recommend to my fam. And friends! And super reasonable price!

Ordered in person at the Seafood City food court. Staff were very friendly. Got the Meat Platter for a family of four and everyone loved it, even picky kids. The chicken seasoning is amazing!!!
