Frustrating experience, Saturday afternoon came in and only one person was being served. Wasn't greeted as arrived, waited about 5 minutes without a word exchanged. Either they were working alone or what idk, but this place seems like a waste of time, if they have no consideration for their customers. Have more than one staff in the store, or at the very least let me feel welcome in your store . I took my business elsewhere I don't appreciate my time being wasted . Thanks .

I’ve tried this place twice now. First time was an eat in experience. They advertised “Free Guac” with veggie burrito.. Which is what got me in the door. Upon ordering they told us that they were out of guac. I giggled and it was all A Ok. But yeah, Place called guac doesn’t have guac. SURE. Second time, I ordered through Uber, there was no option for free guac so I had to pay for it on my burrito. Then when my order got delivered. They didn’t put guac on AGAIN. But charged me for it. As for the quality of the food. It was bland second rate qdoba rip off. The guac would have helped a TON 🤣🤷♂️

The food was decent, much as you would expect for fastfood. Not sure what happened, this place used to be pristine but not any more. Electric menu board off or broken. Paper printed menus had priced crossed off in ink, all new priced .50 higher. The bathroom clearly hasn't been cleaned in 6 months to a year. Water splatter all over walls, back of the door. Muddy gunk where wall meets floor. Sink gross. This is probably the dirtiest bathroom in Winnipeg. They are either going under or stopped caring. They won't be around much longer.

Sorry guys I don't like doing this but if you want to succeed as a restaurant, you have to show your patrons more respect with how you construct your food. For something as simple as tacos, you gotta do a bit more. This sloppy dripping wet mess with bland flavors might look ok in the pic but any taco eater would look at this and know that this absurd amount of sauce is just a senseless ratio and will explode over the edges and overpower the taco. But the ground beef slop really was the final turn off. There was no expertise, craftsmanship or a sense of authentic Mexican flavors. It was more like a taco night for a low income family with 4 kids. Not something I'll pay for again.

I have order regular burrito bowl.. they charged for regular and gave me the bowl having kids portion ..not even half of the bowl..so stupid and horrible customer service

We ordered from Uber Eats. We ordered 2 beef and chicken burrito as well as 2 beef burrito (buy one get one deal). We didn’t notice that there was any meat in either of the burritos. Not sure if it was missed or just such a little amount (that wasn’t noticeable) was put in because they were the Uber eats buy one get one? They even lacked any great flavour… Definitely will not be ordering from this place again, very disappointing!

Store was dirty, glass counter dusty smudged. Bathroom needs a deep cleaning. I don't understand how the franchise tolerates these standards. I will not visit again or any other GAUC store

I ordered on ubereats and got delivery quickly. However, I was unhappy to see that the bowls don’t have a proper covers instead they used foil paper to cheap out. Secondly, I ordered 2for1 chicken bowl. They barely have anyyy chicken AND they gave me overcooked burnt pieces(counted 6 in each), which they bury under the salad. I couldn’t get a refund through ubereats and thats why I am leaving this review. Another person had similar issue. Really not worth the 4.4star review. Please avoid yourself getting frustrated and the disappointment!

If you can’t afford to put offers on Uber eats , then don’t do it. I ordered a bowl pay around 20 bucks and I got almost empty bowls

Ordered the 2 meat bowl on Uber Eats. When it arrived, the bowl only had 1 meat and very little at that. Bowl itself was only half full. For $25 with delivery, it was very underwhelming.
Considering the Uber Eats rating is 2.9/5 with 170+ reviews, makes me think the high Google review ratings are fake.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place, there are so many better Mexican restaurants in the city.

Couldn't decide on a protein so I paid extra for 2 meats bowl. The bowl only had 1 meat and it was a small portion. For the price, underwhelming. The sauces tasted good but disappointed I paid extra for no extra meat.
