Usually great. A phone today call left me waiting for the remainder of my order to be taken. This is not uncommon in current ustomer service situations. A customer on the premises should be given priority over one on the phone. My pret peeve.

Ordered a cake slab for 50+ for my daughters bday. Asked for Bavarian filling and got vanilla.(unless the filling has declined that bad) Disappointed as it was the main dessert and it was too late to do anything in the moment. Please triple check next time before an order goes out. Was Really looking forward to it as it was always a hit and better than the grocery store chains.
