I usually order through Doordash and they made my order wrong twice. One time they forgot to add puff cream which I paid extra for. Today, I ordered 3 original bubble waffles, 1 was burned and tasted bitter so I had to throw it away.I will order somewhere else next time.

Everytime I go to this place, I always order Deluxe Red bean slushy puff cream with cheese. Now I went again and I clearly told my order, but they made my order incorrect, then I told that this is not my order, but it seems they don't want to change it. Hopefully next time they should listen what the customer is ordering.

Went there before 10pm , was in the area thinking it wouldnt be too busy. Was wrong. Waited 45 from start to finish. One girl working the drinks, she was awesome. I give her all the credit, reason why its not 1 star. Person taking orders seemed new? and always needed help when there was a door dash order to process. The other worker who just made the waffels could've helped make the drinks also, he kept disappearing. Was it worth the wait? ... ?

I used to go to their Regent location. The drink in this locations are the same good! I think it is the best bubble tea shop in Winnipeg. I can’t find the selections and rich flavours like them elsewhere.

Trust me do yourself a favor and get the Caramel Macchiato slushy. Amazing drink, no other bubble tea/milk shake will come even close to that. Try it once and you will be hooked lol?
my favorite boba spot in winnipeg!! the drinks are all delicious, the service is very fast and friendly, and the music they play instore is perfect haha. whoever is in charge of the playlist has perfect taste! i love going here.

Drinks were all made wrong and the lemon tea was so gross and had some kind of white substance on top. The workers wouldn’t take my word it didn’t look right and kept telling me what I ordered and I was in the wrong , but yet their labels in the drinks are all mixed up . This is not as good as it was last year. Our drinks all tasted more like they added mostly water in the drinks. Not the quality they once were. I do not recommend this place and last year I gave it 5 stars. One positive is they will have less calories then last year.
