I love what they're done downtown! I moved away 7 years ago and dreaded Winnipeg visits and the lack of scenery downtown. I'm impressed with what they've built, and hope this place brings in more people and become more livelier.

Great place when you can't decide what you want to eat, a "high-end food court" I would call it. All the food spots are delicious, drinks/beers are great from the bar. Slightly expensive but worth it.
We stopped in for dinner and drinks. The atmosphere was welcoming. Easy to order whatever you like and the drinks at the rose bar were great. We ordered from the ramen restaurant, which I would highly recommend. Everything was fantastic. It was quiet the night we visited so service was fast and efficient. I will definitely be returning.
