Employee misheard me and gave me pickles instead of jalapenos. An honest mistake, that's okay! Then they took the pickles off of my burger and put them BACK IN THE PICKLE BIN to use on someone else's burger. The counter was spattered with either grease or drink syrup and had nasty tape residue on it.
My bar for fast food is pretty low but this took the cake.
Onion rings were good though! And I did not end up with food poisoning.

I had a veggie burger deal from this location. The burger was extremely cold and the patty was of beef. I left a feedback with request Id 2119160 to the customer service. They continuously sent me a reply for 3 weeks that someone from Portage location will contact you. No one contacted me so far. I really felt that Harveys do not care about their customers. Very Poor service and food.

Their whole system was down and the manager was running laps to make sure every customer was able to get their meals and be satisfied. It's been years since I've eaten Harvey's and wanted to show my daughter how good it was. This visit proved it to her.

Did an online order and 1 in store order when we picked up due to sudden company coming over. When we picked it up the food pre ordered was fine however the food I just ordered and they made was HORRIBLE I ordered the bacon poutine and they just slapped warmed up raw bacon on it not cut up or anything just strips. . I always looked foward going to Harvey’s , this definitely changed my mind now.

Our party of 3 attended the restaurant on Dec 11th, 2025, we all ordered hamburgers meals (bacon cheeseburger, original burger, an a double burger), common condiment were relish and mustard, common soft drink were root beers. Within hours we experienced upset stomachs, headaches, nausea bordering on vomiting, 3 days later we are still dealing with diarrhea.

Never had Harveys before they completely left BC. But somehow I ended up at a Harveys while in Winnipeg for work.
I'm not sure if all Harveys are supposed to be like this, but the food gives me the nostalgic feeling of a home bbq!
