Do not recommend this place at any point in your lives.. the food was horrible. First time trying it and Iam very disappointed and wasted my money. Poutine was disgusting and was re heated and the fries also tasted freezer burnt and old.. the burger is nasty idk what the flavour they’re trying to do but I don’t get it. The chicken burger was also disgusting especially biting into a huge tendon.. no flavour in the food.. I should have cooked at home cause this was gross. Maybe this place needs to be health inspected…

The Burger tasted great, and the Fries were crisp and hot.

I placed an order for take out, they tried to upsell me then confused the order. They then passed the phone to someone else to start the order again. I drove across the city to pick the order of a poutine and a chicken finger platter. When I arrived home I discovered my order of the chicken fingers was completely wrong, one piece of chicken and 2 pieces of fish. Also when I arrived to pick up at the restaurant, the girl at the till seems to be under the influence. I called to inform them of the wrong order and they offered an apology.
All new staff, little to no training. I won't be returning. I am a very dissatisfied customer.

First time being here, chicken burger had zero seasoning, burger was ok ish, it was kinda sweet and had cinnamon which caught me off guard. The poutine was probably the best part of the meal and it didn't have a tonne of flavor either. I won't be returning but glad I tried it...i think

Dirty establishment. The toy cars you have up front by the condiments are covered in dust, and the surrounding counter around it, and toppings are placed directly below it, very gross.

Older lady taking my order was very rude. She should not be the face that customers are seeing when they walk in to door. Used to love coming here for the grilled cheeses but doubt I'll be back again. Tries to tell me that a cheeseburger plain & add bacon is not plain, even though I said I wanted no other toppings on it.

As someone whose at Area Ops manager of a casual dining chain, very disappointed over all.
