We had a great pre theater meal of Paella for two which could easily have been for three people. The dish was beautifully presented and consisted of mussels, shrimp, chicken, spicy sausage, walleye, rice and veggies.
It was served piping hot from a cast iron skillet which remained steaming hot throughout the entire meal.
Some of the seating choices offered were a little tight for our liking but we found a quiet spot with space around us in the bar area.
We will return to try other dishes.

Service was slow as they were entertaining the after theatre crowd so food took 75 mins to arrive after ordering. We had the ribeyes and the steaks were very heavily salted and the wife's medium steak was served rare. Good ambience in the restaurant however we will stick with the Keg, Chop or Earls next time we would like a good steak

Our terrible time started when we arrived and were told that we were already checked in and that we were sat.... We were told that they actually gave our table away. They scrambled to find us another table. We sat, had a drink and ordered an appetizer. It came, it was ok. We did order dinner which seemed to take forever. During our wait, we were told that there was another reservation and that they had to move us to another table... at this point, we were starving, it seemed that our order was forgot, our reservation was given away, and we now had to move tables in the middle of our evening... We decided to pay our tab and leave before our food arrived as our evening was already ruined... Keep up the good work and cheers to ruining our 10th Wedding anniversary!

Our food was. Amazing! The only issue was dessert. I ordered the chocolate cake and what came out was Black Forest cake. Which I don't like. Menu shouldn't describe as chocolate when it's not.

I have been a fan of Hermanos since their first iteration. I had a business colleague in from out of town and I was certain that this would have been a hit. Bit of our steaks were prepared according to order and the side were as great as they ever have been. The rib steaks were tough. Like flank steak tough. Quite disappointing. For the price point this should. E one of the better steak houses in the city and I am afraid to say more on quality with a steak at Salisbury house.

A little tired feel to the place and very noisy. While the salad was flavourful, it was absolutely drenched in dressing.

The food was good but the wait to get the food was almost an hour. It was too long! I indicated in the reservation to prepare a cake but they forgot it. The music was a bit loud too.

We had the sausage and pepper board, and beef and bean empanadas. It was plenty for two people with small-medium appetites. Looking at the dishes on other tables, be sure to be ready to eat! The empanadas were perfectly seasoned and delightful. The sausage board was a surprise, as it was literally 3 sausages on a board, where we were expecting more akin to your typical charcuterie board. Also, there was only a small pike of peppers. That said, and surprise aside, it was very tasty! Love the chimichurri! Great job, Hermanos!

We have been here before but this time was a very disappointing experience. We had a reservation @ 5:45pm, and a WSO show down the street at 7:30pm. Should have been plenty of time for a nice 44th anniversary dinner on a date night, before walking 10 minutes to the show venue. When we made the online reservation, I clicked the "anniversary" option. The waiter commented when he brought our drink that they had "a nice surprise for us" -- don't know what is was but we assumed a desert? 10 minutes to get attention to order a pre-dinner drink - and I mentioned at that time we has a show at the WSO at 7:30. 20+ more minutes later l looked for our waiter, got up and walked over to tell him we had to order our food -- time was passing. Rather than a nice meal we had wanted, we changed our plans and decided to order an easy (and hopefully quick) small food order to share to speed things along -- 3 items off the starter menu. Nope -- 30 minutes for our food to arrive. That left us 15 minutes to gobble down our food so we would not be late for the WSO concert. . Having finished our fast food experience, I then had to get up and ask for our bill so we could leave. Paid and headed to the WSO so we would not be late. BTW -- no second drink order offered, and no special surprise for our anniversary. Very disappointing start of a celebration date night out. When our food finally arrived I asked what was taking to long. I was given the excuse that they were really busy and short of staff! Huh? Yes it was Grey Cup weekend -- well that was known for over a year. Yes the Santa Clause parade started at 5pm -- again know for many many months. Nearby theatre and concert events are also well known many months in advance. So - yup - might be busy! If they were unexpected short of staff, then why did they accept my reservation at 4:28pm for a 5:15pm? And why let in walk-ups when service was deteriorating fast? Larger tables seem to get attention -- bigger $$ and tips?

The sandwich I had was good, the chips are homemade potato chips , very well cooked and dry. A 2 oz $14 cocktail refers to the size of the glass, not the amount of alcohol. A few sips worth. The service was awful, server did not come to offer drinks, water refills or anything else. I had to find her to get a box, the bill, then we have up and went up to pay when she didn't bring the machine.

The seafood pasta dish was disappointing.. pasta was overcooked, could hardly detect the seafood except the 4 shrimp and generally the food was lost in the sauce...taste was ok though. The pesto pasta ordered by my husband was better and looked much more appetizing. I might return but for that amount of money, I expect better.

Saturday night before a WSO concert. 5:15pm reservation. Kitchen became backed up and after meal coffee and dessert became too delayed so had to skip. Food was good and well prepared. Steak was good value

Love the atmosphere and always get good service but if they want to be known as a steak house they need to do it better. Both our steaks were overcooked and dry. I can also tell that the cuts of meat are not super high quality.

Very good food and service. Great atmosphere but it was bit too loud and hard to talk at our table. We get why it was loud and the music was good. Thanks.

I love going to Hermanos. Last night I stopped by for pre-theatre appies and cocktails. Our waiter was fabulous and went the extra mile to ensure our time there was 5*. Best gin martinis and the food never disappoints, no matter what you order.
