If you're a cumin fan, order the lamb burger. That's all you're going to taste! The steak was overcooked but delicious. However, there was a lack of vegetables for the price! The muscles also had a good flavor but they were the smallest ones in the world! We were there. Maybe a party of 20-25. The waitress was a little sneaky not mentioning that gratuity was already included in the bill. Many people tipped on top. When noticed by a few, she said "oh we told you on the phone" Dirty pool! All in all the waitress was pretty unprofessional. Messed up all the bills and the food was Meh, and not Worth a second try! I sent the lamb burger back and she told me I was hard to please!

Very disappointing! Prior to the Jets game the place was almost empty (a tell tale sign). Ordered the sirloin steak which was well seasoned but possibly the toughest piece of meat I have ever had! When I brought that to the server’s attention she didn’t seem to care. No apology, no discount…..nothing. Don’t waste your money!!!!!!

Decidedly mid experience.Came for a reservation 90 minutes ahead of an event at the concert hall. Restaurant was decidedly busy, yet appeared understaffed. As soon as we sat down, it was recommended we order as soon as possible to be on time for the show. After seating us, we received water minutes later, and were not asked for orders for 15 minutes. We were not asked if we had any questions about the menu, nor asked about dessert. We placed orders for our mains, and saw the server when the food arrived and at cheque time. This disappointed my wife, who would have liked dessert.I had the picanha, generally a favourite cut of mine. It was very tough, and the sauce was overly dominant.Overall, not a very good dining experience. When combined with poor noise control, an uncomfortable bench seat, and extremely small tables, it was not what I would have expected from a higher priced steakhouse. Will likely try again, but the initial experience was not great.

Very overpriced. Went with my wife and daughter. And another couple. For the three of us our bill was $220. I had a ribeye that was paper thin. I can cook a better ribeye at home from a steak from the grocery store. My vegetable side was literally 3 pieces of carrot and 2 pieces of broccoli. Garlic mashed potatoes as well. Wife had steak tips that were over cooked. Same sides. Daughter has a Shirley temple drink with no alcohol in it and they charged $8 for a juice with grenadine in it. She wanted a second one and they charged another $8. Wife had a couple cocktails that were $16 a piece. Ouch! Ridiculous. It took us about 45 minutes to get our appetizers. Then the meal came 5 minutes later, we weren’t even done the appetizers. The server said, “sorry there was a big order just ahead of yours”. I’m thinking ok and how is that my problem? The restaurant wasn’t even half full. How long would we have had to wait if it was actually busy? There was no pre meal bread or anythng like you get at other restaurants. There was a live band in the lounge area, they were so loud that we had to yell at each other at our table to have a conversation.I don’t recommend this restaurant. I won’t go back either. There are plenty of other places you can go and spend that money and most likely less and get a better meal.

Overall an unremarkable and disappointing experience, long waits, tasteless food, and other than the music, zero pleasant atmosphere. For a restaurant proclaiming to be South American, other than the mediocre wall photos, nothing remotely suggested a Latin theme. They need a designer who's seen pictures of maybe Brazil and Argentina to splash some colour and iconic theme items around.Waited 20 minutes for a beer to arrive, and 45 minutes for the first salad course. Twenty other patrons also had nothing on their tables, so bring along a good supply of patience. Some bread on the table would have made the wait slightly less annoying. When the main courses arrived, my steak side dishes were all only luke warm -- the potatoes, mushrooms, broccoli and half-cob of corn. Nothing was South American style other than the steak sauce. Could have been at a hospital cafeteria. The serving presentation was just as boring with smallish utilitarian bowls for the sides. My wife's hot fish bowl came without a plate for the shells, "the kitchen forgot to include that" nonchalantly said the waitress.Hermanos must rely on nearby event spinoff business to survive. Very little attention given to create a great dining experience, especially for the price. If a major influential food critic were to write an honest review, they could close down this place. Management, which were nowhere to be seen, needs to wake up.

Service was great....some limited selections for beer as the taps where broken. Ordered a caesar salad with chicken. Salad didn't have promised bacon. So it was just lettuce, cheese, croutons and chicken. For $29, a bit disappointing. The lone server working didn't come by until after I finished, so never got bacon (and sure, I didn't come just for bacon). And even after I altered my server, I still got charged the full amount.
