I wanted an order of Dry Breaded Shrimp, just to snack on, watching the NBA playoffs. What a HUGE disappointment. 1) The breading was falling off. 2) The breading was gummy. 3) The oil needed for deep frying, needed changing. We can't find a decent Chinese Restaurant, this is our fourth try, in this area of the city. The best Chinese takeout was Seven seas

I'm not a fussy person. I have never given a review good or bad. But of all the years we have ordered Take out Chinese food I am sorry to say That this was the worst. If I could have given them a zero star I would have. The rice was dry and old with balls of dough.

My house is no Atmosphere, however Hi-Ball is the place to take out, delivery is fast, as fast food is SO HOT, Noodles are cooked perfectly. Thank you. Worst I can say.......booo to not ordering from. Hi-Ball my family thanks you. Good quilty an plenty of it.

The food was neither bad nor particularly good. However, the dine-in service was terrible. We felt rushed by the server, who asked us if we wanted to box up our food while we were still eating—literally mid-bite and only halfway through our meal. The server also tried to clear away the soup bowls even though we weren’t finished (there was still soup in them). Store sign says they're open until 10pm that day and it was only 8:15! Overall, it was not a great experience. I wouldn’t recommend dining in and will never return. Clean washroom though.

Ordered from here tonight after being recommended the place I can say I wasn't disappointed ordered pan fried dumplings although they were a little over done the flavor was there 😋 deluxe wonton soup omg the wonton I couldn't stop eating very flavored and just yummy only thing is I didn't have shrimp which deluxe usually has shrimp but was still delicious last a combination plate fried rice ,sweet sour ckn balls, breaded veal mixed, greens. cost with tip 50 dollars was delicious will try this place again

The egg roll filling was disgusting GREY, unappetizing and mainly wrapper which tasted horrible The chicken looked boiled, bland and also unappetizing One of the dishes I ordered was sesame chicken which had a burnt taste. I spent a bit over $150 on the food and was deeply disappointed at how little effort went into preparing our order. I imagined the food was prepared in a kitchen with rats running around on the floor. Never again Hi-Ball, Not recommended.

Hi-Ball has never let us down in regards to food quality and portion sizes. We’ve been ordering from this restaurant for 15 years and the food has always been excellent (yesterday was no exception). To be clear, this is not fine dining, this is North American Chinese take out and it’s simply awesome every time! I haven’t ordered everything on the menu, but our favourites are always done perfectly!
