The dining service, food and atmosphere here is BEYOND outstanding. We had Wakame Salad, Agedashi tofu, and spring rolls to start.

The Tofu and Spring rolls were out of this world. And to elaborate the oil they used to deep fry these items was extremely clean. (I would even believe freshly changed). The color was the most perfect golden yellow, not to over done, not to underdone. Literally Perfect.

Hiro Sushi is hands down one of the best spots if you’re looking for great prices, solid quality, and friendly service. I always come back when I’m in town. The sushi is affordable without sacrificing taste, making it one of the best bang for your buck places around. The staff was thoughtful and welcoming, and even when we stayed until closing, they never rushed us and let us take our time. Reliable, consistent, and genuinely hospitable easily one of my favorite sushi spots...
