I love the food! It's absolutely reasonable price. I miss chopsticks and Fortune Cookie. As for the chicken balls, I agree the chicken pieces are small in size. Filling though.
I’ve ordered from here a few times and usually get beef fried rice, sweet n sour chicken balls and beef vegetables. Everything was good except the chicken balls. The batter wasn’t cooked thoroughly so was pretty mushy but at least the small piece of chicken was cooked. Too much batter around the small piece of chicken.

Real disgusting behavior to be yelling at people and hanging up on us for absolutely no reason at all!!!! We called back the 3rd just for her to yell & tell us to hurry up and order because she's " busy " maybe hire someone to take people's orders over the phone. Won't ever order from this place again.

This place is my go to Chinese food in the WestEnd. Good portion for the price. Owners are so nice, they recognize me. I live in the other side of the city now but once in a while, My fam gotta get some HongHings. Shrimp Fried Rice, Deep Fried Bread Ribs, Sweet and Sour Pork, just a few of my favs
They don't have dining in so I thought it would be misleasing to rate the atmosphere. They were super friendly and patient when I couldn't remember which noodle dish I was wanting to order hahaha. Great food and affordably so. Definitely would go back again! Generous with their fortune cookies and soya sauce packets, and even surprised us with free extras!
Wheelchair accessibility: I don't recall seeing a button for either the outside or inner door. There isn't wheelchair friendly parking either. However they do offer delivery, so if that's affordable to you and you have mobility issues, I would definitely recommend giving them a try that way.
Going in and ordering your food fresh is the best!!

I haven't been in a couple of decades but, this restaurant was my fav for Chinese. The chow mien was exceptional. I live I Calgary and nothing here compares even to the memory of Hong Hing.
