I have been ordering from them for 5 years, great food but they have changed the app / ordering method a few times which is annoying, android app doesn't even work anymore . Website often has errors and bugs and facebook contact seems a little clueless of issues. 😢 I always try to order restaurant direct but they make it difficult. Hopefully they can get some help with social media/ app integrations.
After a terrible experience ordering Honu Poke through skip the dishes, Ben the manager was relentless with skip to get us refunded. After almost 4 weeks, they finally refunded us. My appreciation to Ben, and from now on we will be ordering direct from Honu Poke. I suggest if you order from them, do it direct, they have their own delivery team and your not giving money to a greedy delivery service that gouges small businesses.
