Absolutely loved our experience at Hotlypot! The broth was incredibly flavorful, the ingredients were fresh, and there was such a great variety to choose from. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Perfect place for a cozy meal with friends or family. Definitely coming back again!

Went here with my friends. Great service at Hotlypot, they gave my food in a timely matter and lots of different options to choose for sides, meat and veggies using an IPAD. they also had slush puppy and icecream for desserts. Overall, would go again.

Myself and my boyfriend went to this establishment today and the whole experience was absolutely awful! The hostess (if that's what you want to call her ) was not helpful in anyway shape or form, she was rude, ignorant and completely useless, her customer service skills are lacking that's for sure. We had never been to this type of restaurant before and not one worker would assist us. The food turned out so tasteless and gross we ended up skipping it and trying the ice cream, which was to no surprise hard as a rock. That's $100.00 I'll never get back! I wouldn't recommend spending 50 cents there.

THIS WAS THE WORST MEAL IVE EVER HAD. $89 and some change for me and my date, and we almost threw up by the food, and state of this resteraunt, and they offered 0 discount considering we had maybe 5 bites each and left. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE RESTERAUNT. ALSO asked us if we were first timers- we said yes, and they proceeded to not explain or show anything. If I could take a place to court, it was be here. AWFUL

All of the staff were very kind and food came out very quickly. iPads were easy to use and the self serving sauce/drink/ dimsum station was nicely stocked up. They ran out of the fried buns a little before closing and one of the kind servers made some fresh for me. Will definitely be coming back.
The chubby male server with glasses was rude with bad service. I went to fill my drink, he goes ahead of me, fills his drink up, AND stands there drinking it, blocking me from filling my drink. I had to wait while he took his time.

Great price for all you can eat. Definitely recommend! My husband and I will be going back for sure. Great atmosphere as well.

This was an intense/interesting and fun experience. The staff was friendly and very helpful as this was our first time. You place your order on the iPad, pick your soup broth and choose your favourites to add to the soup. The pots are HOT! I was so worried the kids were gonna burn themselves but we pushed the pots to the centre of the table and it was perfect. You cook your soup, ladle it to your bowl and add more to keep on cooking, you order more from the iPad anytime. Theres also a mini buffet of appies (wings and eggrolls) and unlimited ice cream included in the price.
