I had written a review a few months ago about the watered down drinks, dry and messily made bagels, and poor customer service since ownership had changed and I was very disappointed, but that has CHANGED! Last few times the food has been great, fresh and hot. Staff finally seemed happy to be there, and overall the experience is allllmost up to par as what it used to be (sometimes fronts are really good restaurants I guess) and i'm eager to continue to see the improvement!

The first time we went here a few months ago we had nothing but praise for the food and the drinks. That seems to have changed since then. Our drinks were noticeably watered down compared to the last time we got them.
I ordered the BLT with avocado. The “avocado” was just store brand pre-made guacamole with an overpowering lime aftertaste that just took over the flavor of the sandwich.
The “thick cut tomato slice” was a super thin slice of Roma tomato maybe 3 cm across sitting in the dead center of the bagel. I thought they forgot the tomato entirely for the first several bites of the bagel.
And the “bacon” looked and tasted like the rubbery bacon bits you get in a plastic seasoning bottle from the grocery store. They were also all piled in the center hole of the bagel rather than on the bagel itself.
Incredibly disappointed in the quality of the food here. Especially considering how great it was the first time we went. I cannot recommend visiting Hudson Bagels.

Their mushroom soup is to die for. They have great soups despite not being a soup place. Their bagels are also amazing. It's a must try hidden gem in Winnipeg. They offer variety of cream cheese spread and as a bagel lover it's a plus. Their side chicken bagel sandwich offer both sweet and savoury. You gotta try this place. 10/10 recommended.

Hudson just keeps getting better and better. It's my go to for my breakfast delivery at work, you can't really miss no matter what you order. My favorite is the Hott Farmer or Big Mouth breakfasts - the secret sauce for the hash browns is mouth watering, I often order extra. Their in house crafted beverages are also nothing to spit at, the vanilla latte or the new maple oat latte are as good if not better than competitors. Tried the new cream cheese stuffed bagel today and will absolutely be ordering again.

I placed a to-go order this morning and when I got back home and opened up my cream cheese I saw multiple hairs in it?? Not too sure how this happened but I was very disappointed and grossed out. Everything else was good but im not too sure if I will come back
While I love the sandwiches and the drinks, they more often than not drop the ball with getting my order right and on a timely manner... especially for the cost. It's so busy at times I almost hate disrupting the flow that's already gone astray..
I'd hope it'd be stepped up, I've been going for the past two years and finally came down to writing a review with customer service...

Sadly underwhelming bagels. No poppy seed but other very interesting bagels including chocolate. The cream cheeses were odd. They were grainy, similar to a ricotta consistantcy. The artic char was a hit. I love shopping local but do wish some items can be improved.

While waiting for my boyfriend to get out of surgery, I took a walk outside the Misericordia and foind Hudson Bagels. I had an open facef one with herloom tomatoes, feta and a special sauce. It was amazing!!!!!
