So im orginally from montreal so i had high expectations and i ran into this place by chance owner was extremely nice and helpful the bagels are the best ive had in winnipeg by far, they have amazing spreads too i recommend the all dressed bagel with garlicky cream cheese

The product is good… but! - I came in to grab some bacon cream cheese, and the guy at the counter just stared at me the entire time I was looking at the products. Literally making me so uncomfortable that it made me not want to return. I grabbed 2 things paid and left. 2 things that weren’t exactly what I wanted. There was no one else in line, so I wasn’t holding anyone up. I even said twice I’m just going to look myself thanks. He didn’t get the hint and stared at me. Not a great first experience there.

No trip to Winnipeg is complete without picking up dozens of these bagels to take home. We keep a supply sliced in the freezer for when we don’t have access to them fresh. My favourite are the rosemary ones. So good. On this particular visit I tried the Hott Mess bagel sandwich. Quite tasty with a bit of heat to it.

Shout out to Doordash driver Tolulope for the amazing delivery! He did follow my request of calling me upon arrival & patiently wait for me from 4th floor to pick up the order.
Kudos ? for being accommodating on giving me 1 everything bagel with lox style spread & 1 cheddar bagel with strawberry honey spread. The strawberry honey tastes so good!
I am happy to try again the Doordash Buy 1 Take 1 bagel here at this store ?
UPDATE: I ordered Doordash BOGO two days in a row. The sourdough bagel with lox style spread is PERFECTION! The service is top-notch.

Great local bagel shop! Good selection of different bagels and excellent coffee. Very nice staff and great atmosphere! I highly recommend the side chick’en and the rosemary sea salt bagel! (Please bring back the pizza bagel!!!).
