We got delivery after we saw it on TikTok and were so excited to try this as it’s not far from our house. Wasn’t what it looked like on TikTok and we found it to not be very flavourful, barely tasted like pizza should. We got basic toppings, meat lovers and pepp/bacon/green pepper. The dough and sauce was very bland.

Hungry bite pizza is located on 1771 Ness Ave. in the St. James area of Winnipeg. It’s a short drive from Polo Park shopping center. This was the former location of Augustino‘s Pizza which was very well known in the area. Ownership changed about five years ago and I stopped by for a quick bite. They have a lunch special with two slices and a drink for $6.72. It was actually pretty good to my surprise. The pizza was fresh and the dough was very soft. Good value. They sell paneer pizza and other fusion pizzas which are not available at any other pizza joints. They also sell wings, calzones, breadsticks, gravy poutine, chocolate cake, as well as many other items. Good place overall to stop by. The owner works here every day and takes great pride in the establishment. I recommend. Support local!
