While the worker was nice, they didn't seem to know the difference between two drinks that I asked about. It also would have been nice to know that they ran out of tapioca pearls before ordering. I would have ordered something different or just went somewhere else. They asked if they can sub the tapioca for a fruit boba that matched my drink I agreed not understanding they meant popping boba (my fault), I would have preferred the jelly

One thing I love about Icey Snow is that they have sticky notes and markers for you to write on, and then you put your sticky notes on a giant wooden Boba! They have so much variety it's always so hard to choose, but no matter what you choose, it's affordable and delicious! They have shaved ice which is what's in the pictures and I got blue raspberry, root beer and pink lemonade, but you can try a lot of different variety! There's also shaved snow and Boba tea!!! Yummy!

This place is AMAZING! I could order their strawberry bubble tea every day if my bank account would let me. ???? My entire family loves this little hidden gem. My daughter loves their shaved ice. If you are looking for a treat make sure you check out Icy Snow as you will NOT be disappointed. Also, the staff there are always pleasant and helpful. Just a great place to either try out or to keep on going back to.

Today I tried the taro bubble tea for the first time, it was delicious! Also has a very good-vibes atmosphere and friendly staff! Will definitely be coming back

I saw a rat while ordering from here, it stared directly at me. Also my drink tasted funky, same taste when you use a dirty cup multiple times... Won't be returning, will be taking my money some place else.
