IGI BBQ & Sushi Bistro

First and last time. You pay for leftovers, which means you pay for your food twice. Bad policy from a customer’s standpoint.
To call this place an all you can eat Korean bbq place is really stretching the truth.
All I can say is, if the menu is mostly Japanese, then it’s a Japanese restaurant. To tack on a Korean bbq that is shortcoming is terrible.
I’ve been to many all you can eat, and I’m also Korean, so I know what to expect. Even their kimchi isn’t real…which cones in a split dish - one side with “kimchi” the other, empty.
And to boot - there was only three of us and our bill with 15% tip(which I begrudgingly gave) came to $249.00. Ridiculous! “Free scoop of ice cream” for dessert, does not cut it. And there was no dairy-free option for the ice cream either. Terrible!

My family and I go to IGI on special occasions. This last visit was for my birthday. We had a party of 13 people. I really have to compliment our server HIM.
He made this experience amazing.
The food is always great, but the service this time around was phenomenal.
He was very accommodating, pleasant on every demand/order. A++ for our server Him.

We've tried lots of other AYCE restaurants, but always come back to IGI. The food was delicious, the Wagyu is excellent. The service is AMAZING, efficient, and attentive. We also had no reservation, but our host managed to get us in. IGI will always be our favourite place to come back to.

Great concept, problems with execution. My friend and I split a sushi platter- all the sushi was bland, dry, old. Not fresh at all. The beef in the Teriyaki Beef roll was dry and stringy, overall the sushi flavors all tasted tge same, even the supposed spicy ones.
The restaurant was very loud, our server, though delightful, wore a mask, spoke very quietly, not the best English I suspect and difficult to hear and understand.
So, once was enough, nothing to recommend a return visit.

We neglected to make a reservation before going (didn't know!) but they were able to get the two of us in. We arrived around 730 on Thursday and it was pretty busy. The staff has the whole process locked down and they're so efficient. Everyone was extremely pleasant and welcoming and service was fast! Of course, food was fantastic! Can't wait to go back! Highly recommend!

Nice place, lots of choices and good thing about all you can eat sushi which comes in variety and very tasty.
BBQ choices are also great and they have tap beer!!(though just one brand)
Now I know my best three sushu orders to go for at IGI BBQ.

I walked into this restaurant at 4:40 PM, and they weren’t even open. They confidently told me they don’t open until 5, which is different from what’s shown on Google Maps. So I tried to correct their business hours on Google Maps, but they rejected it. Absolutely unreasonable and a waste of time.

Servers are very attentive! Its definitely worth the money for all you can eat, especially with all the different meats. Neat astomosphere, and tables are a good size for what they all offer!

Went for All-You-Can-Eat (AYCE) dinner. You do have to call in for reservations, they currently do no do walk-ins.

Food: Delicious like always, the sushi and sashimi was fantastic. The meats you do have to grill in your own.

Did have to inform the staff about my nut allergy.

Service: Staff very friendly, gave substitutions for peanut sauce sides.
