Great food. Service was slow to start considering the 2 hour limit. But I will be coming back.Parking: Lots of places to shop and eat. They all share one small parking lot. The grocery store has 10 to 12 reserved spots.

The food here was great! If you want bbq, sushi, sashimi and other dishes, this is a great place! My son has a lot of allergies and they were able to accommodate and make him a great noodle stir-fry!Dietary restrictions: So accommodatingKid-friendliness: They were so great and were so nice with my 5 year old

Great experience! The staff were kind and helpful, and came around often to collect dishes and get order slips. The portions were good, and all of the bbq meat and appetizers were fantastic, especially the mushroom tempura! The sashimi was incredible- very fresh and creamy!! A bit pricey ($45 per person for 2 hours of all you can eat) but well worth it. Definitely recommend!Parking: Free lot out front with limited spaces as some are reserved for other businesses. There was a sign saying there’s more parking behind the building.

Would leave zero stars if I could. It was a terrible service! It was my daughter’s bday and I had 16 guests. Everyone had “Eat All You Can” for $45 each plus tax and paid a total of $738 including 10% gratuity. We were on time and they had a policy of 2-hour limit. The server kept reminding us that we “need to start with 1 piece per order first” as they have a left over policy. We totally understand that. However, imagine having 16 guests and server kept insisting with 1 piece per order (example: tempura 1 order is 2 small pieces only), how will that work?Plus, everytime we wrote the number of orders we want, the female server kept changing them to to 1 piece only so we ended up waiting for 20 minutes everytime we order. We also didn’t get all the items that we listed and there was no explanation why it wasn’t serve. The prices here are exorbitant for what you get. The food was mediocre especially their sushi. Just rice and sesame seeds! I expected a lot more for the amount I paid. Not value for money. They also gave us until 9pm ordering time otherwise it will be charged per item which they did for ordering 2 small cups of ice cream for $5! Why giving us a until 9pm only if our reservation is from 7:30-9:30pm? Also, they kept asking us to lower the heat of the stove too, why? So that our barbecue will take time to cook and it will take us time to re-order? Absolutely unfriendly and unwelcoming place and staff, pushy servers who leave you waiting. Would definitely not recommend to anyone and won’t be coming back.

This was our first visit to IGI BBQ and Sushi Bistro. We went to celebrate our son's 28th birthday. We were a table of 6. The ordering was a bit chaotic, but our son and daughter-in-law were all over it! The first round of food came quickly. The bbq at the table was a new experience for us. We enjoyed it. The food was very tasty. The beef was ver tender! The shrimp tempura was light and fluffy.

Love this place. Not saying it is the best food you will ever have but it is good food for the money, AYCE, and fun to cook with friends. You can order raw food which you cook at your table or order cooked food which is delivered to you. AYCE includes sushi!

I have been here at least 10 times over the last 5 years. This used to be a perfect 5 stars, but covid took it down slightly. The bbq is delicious, and the service is fast. They definitely want to maximize the 2 hours you get, so no complaints there. The last time I went, they were out of quite a bit of the fish I normally order (such as salmon, red tuna, etc) and I still had to pay the full $45+tax cost which was very dissapointing.Further, the price has gone up since covid, but the rice and quality of the sushi rolls themselves have suffered a little ounce of shrinkflation. Just not as much fish and lower quality rice.Overall, I still recommend just make sure you dont eat a single calorie before arrival that day.Vegetarian options: ManyDietary restrictions: Not an issue

No complain for the service but the price. They charge 10% ($30 on my bill) tips for 5-10 people party which I don't feel great for 4 Adults and 2 kids. The Wagyu beef will be charge separately. Just give a head up. With 2 hour limitation sitting we spent $60/person after tax included 5oz wagyu beef + 2 coke zero. Icecream is limit one scope per person.

So I booked an appointment around 5-5:30, due to some traffic right, friends were a bit later, also I have wait for some friends as well, so I got there at 5:03, they told me my meal started at5 so I have to leave at 7, my friends arrived at 5:30.The young lady just came and like” you guys got 1 hr left…. You guys just got half hr left….” Omg I am here to eat and talk to friends, we ended up hearing that young lady emphasize how long we have been eating, just like she wanted us to leave right away…Food was fine, I just don’t like the way they push you, restaurant is somewhere you relax from and i felt like I was in a test…. Your final exam is 2 hr and it starts!
