On December 1, 2024, at Infinity Lounge, my $300 jacket was STOLEN from the coat room—not just misplaced in some random spot, but literally TAKEN from the very place it was supposed to be safe.
What makes this worse is the shocking response from the owner. Instead of taking responsibility or showing concern, they’re busy replying to reviews with vague questions, pretending to be unaware of the situation. Shameful! Everyone at the venue was fully aware of what happened because I spoke to numerous staff, and no one cared to help.
They outright refused to check the security cameras and even had the nerve to suggest someone might have taken it "by accident." What a joke!
I will NEVER return to this place and am warning everyone in my community to avoid it as well.
Ps: They keep posting answers to all the reviews about this event with vague answers, questions like nothing happened and lies, this place is a disgrace.

I GOT MY JACKET STOLEN FROM THE COAT ROOM!
This experience was absolutely disgusting! I went to this place yesterday at 9 PM and left my $300 winter jacket in the Coat Room. When I was leaving at 2 AM, I went to retrieve it, only to find it had been stolen! It was -13°C outside, and I had no jacket to go home.
The most outrageous part is that the staff took no responsibility for the theft. When I asked them to check the cameras, they said the footage might show someone taking it “by accident.” Are you kidding me? I didn’t leave my jacket lying around randomly—I left it in the Coat Room, a place where they’re supposed to keep it safe and secure!
On top of this, the place felt incredibly shady. There were lots of drunk guys making inappropriate comments to women, talking to them in a disrespectful way, and even trying to start fights with other guys.
I will never set foot in this place again, and I’ll make sure to tell everyone I know to avoid it. This was a truly awful experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I had an issue with them in the summer. Went out to an event at their second floor l. It was during the heat wave and they had no air conditioning. I got heat exhaustion and passed out. And no I wasn’t drunk or drugged. The security saw me being carried out but they didn’t check and see if I was ok. Places like this are legally obligated to have a first aid person at their location. In my case they need led to call ambulance. With friend’s help I managed to get home but I was particularly conscious for almost an hour. I contorted privately on instagram as I could find their email. It’s been month that I have received something. And today out of blue I get a promo ad. They didn’t even respond to my previous message.

The black security guards at Infinity have an attitude problem. They're always pissy lol. Not our fault you clowns don't like your job lol. Never going back. And the washrooms are always nasty. I told off one of the security guards and I'm sure he'll remember that for the rest of his pathetic life lol.

PHENOMENAL DJ who just knows the right music to play and not forgetting the customer care service is amazing and lastly I have to say the owner does such an outstanding job for ensuring top notch of service is provided and is so kind and very thoughtful!
