Drove by this morning and it was closed and it seems the building is also underconstruction. Is the business open or closed? On Google map shows they're open.

The food wasn’t even that great, and considering what I paid, I expected way more. But the real issue here is the owner’s attitude. She was rude, dismissive, and made it clear that my concerns weren’t worth her time. I don’t know if she’s been in the business too long or if she’s just naturally awful at customer service, but either way, she should reconsider how she treats people.

I get it—everyone has bad days. But when your ‘bad day’ means treating your customers like they’re a nuisance, that’s a problem. If you’re looking for good food and even half-decent service, do yourself a favor and keep looking. This place isn’t it.”

Food is good.. but Jeepney always cancels on orders on DoorDash. Our Dasher was at the restaurant for 15 minutes waiting for our food.. Jeepney cancelled it a hour and 20 minutes after it was placed. We placed the order as soon as they opened at 12:30, it was called JUST now at 1:55. This isn't the first time this has happened either. Very disappointing. This is probably our last time trying to order from Jeepney.

We came here for Stone Soup and the soup was fantastic, definitely our favorite soup we tried!

I love their foods. But, I have to wait extra 20-30 mins at the restaurant every single time I ordered for to go, even when it was shown as ready for pick up. This time is way beyond my limit, the 2 ladies just don’t talk to me after I showed them the order. After 20 mins awaiting, one lady ask what my order is again, then left without giving me an estimate time. I got my food 35 mins after it was shown as ready.

If you can’t finish the order on time. Just don’t mark it as ready for pick-up or simply cancel the order plz. Stop wasting our time.

But their food is actually good…

Tried to go around 11 AM on a Wednesday. Checked their social media to see if there was an update about hours and I couldn’t see one. So they open at 10 am Wednesday, so I go there and it’s closed. Disappointing. Also ordering on DoorDash vs the pricing in store is drastically different. $15 for the same thing that costs $8 in store.

I made the mistake of getting their holiday food package for Christmas dinner and it ruined the whole holiday vibe.

These people don't know how to value their customers' time that they make you wait for over an hour just to get the food you ordered in advance at an ETA you've both agreed to. When I went there to pick up the food, there's already a lineup of disgruntled people who, like me, waited for eternity.

If they can't handle too many customer orders, they should have limited the order intake beforehand and not bit off more than they could chew. Why be so greedy?

Owner were not present.,one of the server not knowlegeable about the food being serve on the buffet.But overall, good value $14.99 all you can eat buffet., availalable only on Sunday.Also there's a kareoke, mini stage if you feel like singing...😊

Ordered ahead by two days for pick up at 3pm today. Came to pick up the order at 5pm and was told that the food was still being prepared. Lots of people were in the same situation and complaining. After waiting more than half an hour, I just left and ordered pizza instead.

I visited this establishment for dinner on Saturday evening and encountered some service issues. Our drink orders were not delivered despite following up twice, and the food arrived cold after a significant wait. As we were nearing the end of our meal, we decided to cancel the drink orders. I observed that the two servers present were engaged in conversation rather than attending to customers. A new staff member arrived later in the evening and kindly offered to compensate for the cold food by comping one of our meals.

Not sure about the food but worked for doordash and went thier to pickup the worst service provided. Thier was 2 indian girls and I asked then for the order and they know know when it will be ready and left me hanging thier. Other people came thier to dine in and they just didn't talk to him. People ended up leaving. And after about 10 mins I asked them again and they said they don't know. The store wasn't busy at all. The worst part is the 2 girls talked about me waiting and said let him wait. I was able to understand the language cause I am indian. This is the worst service possible. If could give 0 start I would.

Tried the lunch buffet with my family (4 of us in total), and there were around 6-7 other people in the restaurant (so total of 10-11 people in total), buffet was supposed to start at 12pm but didn’t start serving til past 12:30pm. Fried Rice and the Pancit ran out already after 8 people took food. Food was good but could be better. Their Kare-Kare is sweet cos they probably used the sweetened peanut butter spread instead of the unsweetened one. Also no free soup of the day like they advertised.

Atmosphere was ok, restaurant could be cleaner. There were few flies flying around the dining area which was a turn off.

Would still come back to try their Filipino Breakfast for $9.99 and their All You Can Eat Pinoy Street Food.
