✨ 5 Stars! I ordered a custom cake from Jenna Rae Cakes for my daughter’s 30th birthday. I couldn’t be happier with the result. I sent them a photo in what I wanted & they matched it almost exactly to what I was expecting it to look like.
The cake itself was moist, the icing was creamy and not too sweet. Their attention to detail and quality was amazing on the flowers they placed on top.

We were so disappointed with our cake from Jenna Rae Cakes. While it was beautifully decorated and looked stunning, the taste just didn’t live up to the hype. The icing was overwhelmingly sweet, and the cake itself was extremely dry. For the premium price, we expected much better. We’ve heard people rave about Jenna Rae for years and finally decided to order one for a special occasion—but sadly, it didn’t deliver. We ended up throwing most of it away. Honestly, a supermarket cake would’ve tasted better and cost a fraction of the price.

Ordered their special Christmas tree cake. While it was beautiful, the vanilla cake lacked any vanilla flavour, and just tasted sugary. I’ve had delicious cakes from Jenna Rae before, so this vas very disappointing.

We were welcomed by the very friendly staff at the Academy rd location. Picked up a beautiful wedding cake for my friend Julia’s wedding. The sugar flower decorations were gorgeous and delicate. The cake was salted caramel. It was flavourful, delicious and moist.
