Food was cold when received, small portions and old and soggy vegetables. Didn’t listen to cooking instructions either. Definitely won’t be coming back

I stopped in for a snack for the first time today. It's a cute and cozy little place with a mom and pop shop vibe.

The menu was a bit overwhelming for me as I'm not familiar with Filipino foods. I ordered the 12pc pork lumpia ($10) and a mango lemonade ($8) The lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful and sweet. My order took about 10min to be ready which is reasonable.

The lumpia came out very hot, crispy and was tasty. The mango lemonade was filled with crushed ice and was cold and refreshing on a super hot day.

I would visit this Cafe again.

My favourites are the empanada, seafood skewers, red bean buns, and sticky rice.
Wonderful people, very warm and friendly. Karaoke available in the corner.
Unfortunately, I was too full to get to the ice cream like drinks they offer.

My wife and I shared the sisigsolag and gotto soup, both were amazing. The staff was more than friendly and as a bonus we took hone some baked goods.

Have gotten takeout from here before and it’s been very good. Today we decided to eat in. They are so lovely and welcoming here every time we come. Ordered Tapsilog and my friend got Longsilog. I don’t like sweet tapa like most places make it but this was just right. And so tender.
Also ordered bbq and arrozcaldo to go. You can tell the bbq is marinated and made with love. Tastes like how we used to make it back in the day before all these bottled sauces. Great place overall.

Good vibes, amazing staff and amazing concept of bringing karaoke in! OTHER PLACES CHARGE FOR KARAOKE- here it’s free and everyone is lovely. Food is amazing as well! 10/10🫶

Great little spot to grab a quick bite to eat and enjoy service with a smile. The atmosphere is cute and the service was quick and extremely friendly. My daughter
and I enjoyed the experience. They let us sample some soup which was delicious. And the breakfast was pretty on point. Only mistake was the Sunny side eggs did not have a runny yolk unfortunately. Check this place out if you're in the area it's worth the stop.

7:30 pm JIMELS2 in a red truck just about sideswiped my family in our van as we left swimming lessons. Cut us off as we were turning from Sargent to Wall St. with our signal activated and less than half a car length in front of us. Happy Valentine's Day. The 5 of us will never patronize your bakery. I hope you made it to your destination without putting anyone else in danger. Hopefully your food handling gets more attention than your vehicle handling, but it's pretty clear that you cut corners.

The owner claims it wasn't them, however the company name and address was on the vehicle.

Eating at Jimel's really made me feel at home with family. Staff and owners are so nice and polite they treat you like family! Food is amazing and perfect for multiple people. Jimel's is now my go-to place to get Filipino food.
