So stingy with their ingredients.. I've been here many times in the past and now all the sudden, 3 pieces of tomato and a few pieces of red onion. They charged me $1.50 because I asked for some cucumber (they gave 3 slices) and another $1.50 for a SPRINKLE of feta. What happened?

My favorite place to order from is this one...but last night around 8:30 my sister and I ordered chicken roasted...we ate and went about our night, but shortly thereafter our stomachs began to hurt, resulting in food poisoning...we had nothing after, I’m so shocked. Because of this, I had a bad night.

I'm a fixed customer and I always order Lamb portions. That's a delicious food, But the amount of the dish compared to its price is not fair. If there is more salad and rice, I think it would be great. In conclusion, I'm satisfied and recommend it to the others.

I was a consistent customer of yours over the years when I would come to St. Vital Mall, the food has majorly declined over the past year . I decided today to give it a last shot and I will never be back ! I would give 0 stars if I could . I ordered a salad with side calamari . Food tasted horrible, lettuce was wilted , my calamari was extremely pathetic looked like crumbs of batter and tasted like old fryer oil and portions have become too small for the price . Not impressed.

Their portion is getting smaller and smaller. The stuffs there do not seems to be care. We stopped going there .. if you increase the price you will keep the portion. but no the portion is cutting down too. We always spent like over $60 there for dinner .
Used to like this place but the portions are way to small now. Too expensive for the amount of food you get now.To owner. Please don't say you will pass this on. You will do nothing. All the complaints are the same and you haven't changed it since covid started.

Visit the store today after so long there was just one guy in the morning i guess the store was no open that time(around 10:15) the chicken souvlaki was not ready but he still manages to make me a great chicken pita within couple minutes after i told him i live outside the area. Mad respect for the man. The pita taste amazing like all time. Taste is exact same since i came here and i am happy about it. Great service, good food. I will come again for sure.

I have been a customer here since the store first opened. However, I have noticed a significant decline in the quality and quantity of the rice they serve. Also, It seems like they are now meticulously counting the number of salad ingredients, resulting in noticeably smaller portions. Additionally, I have encountered issues with the customer service, particularly with the bearded gentleman who seems to have an unfriendly attitude. He was rude and even nagged about my request with other employees when he thought I couldn't hear. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve the overall experience for customers.

Overall just a very negative experience here, the portions were small and in comparison with Opa you get a lot more for the same price. Opa isn’t the most amazing thing in the world but I would argue it has the edge over Jimmy. Nonetheless, my biggest complaints was just the overall service and attitude from the workers. I firmly believe quality of service goes a long way and it was non existent here, employee didn’t even make eye contact and wish me a good day when he handed me my food. The employee was looking off to the side and just handed it over the counter.
We always get the roast lamb and fried calamari meal. Though it takes extra 3 minutes for the calamari, it's still worth the wait.
