I normally really enjoy eating here. Food is always great. But today I asked them to not roll the chicken slovaki in the pita, just to put the pita on the side on a plate. They simply refused. They said no sorry if you want it separate, you need to order all items separately. Was it the cost of the plate? ? They gave no explanation, just no we don't do that.

Ordered a falafel pita, with a salad and a drink. Falafel was horrible, salad was tiny. First time trying jimmy the Greek at the outlet mall. I’ll skip next time and go to a the other fast food Greek competitor that starts with an “O”, felt like the value and the food quality was much poorer at Jimmy the Greek.
Low quality version on Opa Greek! Fast food. Greek should be freshly made to order.

We went to eat there on dec 21st. The food was good as usual but the indian girl who was serving the food was absolutely dirty, she had long nails because of that she was having hard time even to hold the spoons to get the food on the plate, how can a restaurant allows employees to have long nails when they are dealing with foods? If she prefers to have long nails than she should wear gloves. How disgusting it is to have long nails while dealing with foods? The restaurant owner should look into hygiene more rather than fashion.
