Ordered a falafel pita, with a salad and a drink. Falafel was horrible, salad was tiny. First time trying jimmy the Greek at the outlet mall. I’ll skip next time and go to a the other fast food Greek competitor that starts with an “O”, felt like the value and the food quality was much poorer at Jimmy the Greek.

We went to eat there on dec 21st. The food was good as usual but the indian girl who was serving the food was absolutely dirty, she had long nails because of that she was having hard time even to hold the spoons to get the food on the plate, how can a restaurant allows employees to have long nails when they are dealing with foods? If she prefers to have long nails than she should wear gloves. How disgusting it is to have long nails while dealing with foods? The restaurant owner should look into hygiene more rather than fashion.

The person who prepared my order put all of the food at a literal corner of the tray. Partly my fault, but the pita rolled off shortly onto the floor after I had left. Who puts food at a corner of a tray when you could put it in the middle - that's a first ...
The food has gone downhill. The rice was so bland and just slightly warm whereas the old greek potatoes were cooked on another day. They were awful so the rice and potatoes went in the garbage. The chicken souvlaki was only average and the salad was mainly lettuce. Won`t be back.

Farvad, my brother you need to check who you are hiring. Today march 8 at 8.15pm i ordered from here and the skinny dark skinned girl was so rude and had 0 customer service experience. She was so bothered that i asked her if it was halal. Very sad

Had been asked "how much balance you have in your gift card?" before i pay for the order with a dead face. It could be pretty normal if the transaction didn't go through, but it was before i pay for the order! Guys cover eachother don't admit that when i just about to report to the manager friendly. Also the food was discussing comes with the meat sparingly added. This is probably the stupidest and worst service I've ever encountered.Please check the following and overall reviews before you pay your order here!

I went to jimmy the greek with my girlfriend. I had roast chicken meal. Food was close to good but the skinny girl who served me was very polite and friendly. Very good customer service .I love it.
