We snuck in here for a quick breakfast not knowing what to expect, the architecture in the restaurant was interesting, the service was very good (we were the only people in the place) and the food was fantastic! We both went for the Eggs Benedict, comes with hash browns (those nice and crispy ones) toast and coffee-we were surprised it was so good. Would eat here again in a second.

This place made me feel like I was in a dark academia movie scene so magnificient and elegant ?. When I visited this Cafe it was closed but the manager was really sweet, he gave us free coffee and a delicious lemon cheesecake. This is a heritage spot it was actually known as Hotel Olympia but got renamed toThe Marlborough Hotel.

The service is really slow here, we didn’t get everything we ordered for breakfast, we wait so long for people to be serving us, the day I left was the slowest service ever, it was slower than snail speed, If i stay here again, im ordering out, sometimes the service is quick, the asian guy there is really quick with orders but the others are so slow!

Disappointing, better off going somewhere else.The room itself is gorgeous, but the breakfast experience I had was poor. The cafe opened late, supposed to open at 7, as opposed to the online 6:30 but the gates remained closed well past 7, the only indication it was open were the lights on.The server was fine, food was poor. The French toast was uninspired, I made better French toast when I was 10,at least I added cinnamon. the accompanying fruit was clearly from a can, flavourless and difficult to tell what it even was. Overall wouldn’t recommend, even as a complimentary breakfast.

My fiancé and I came here in the evening to relax after an eventful day and were surprised to be greeted with such beauty and tranquility. The café is comprised of stained glass windows and rustic décor, which we loved looking at and taking photos in. We came back the next morning for breakfast as well, which was good. The french toast was fluffy and there were a lot of tea options!Prices and service were excellent, too. There are a variety of meals on both menus and most meals are under $20 on both the morning (breakfast) and evening (dinner) menus. As for service, the server chatted with us and made jokes. He also happily came back to refill my teapot. Overall, very attentive and friendly -- even when he was busy in the morning, albeit with a bit of a wait being the only server on staff at the time.That all being said, I would 100% visit the café again. It was such a peaceful, beautiful place with friendly staff and fairly priced, good quality food.
