I had the panzarotti and it was delicious, the pizza dough was light and airy. Highly recommend it.
The ingredients...wow...all fresh and quality. I had "The Italian" panini and it was wonderful. Good portions for your value. I also had the Garlic Knots....sinful! I had to ask the owner how they make those. Turns out they have their own recipe garlic use. If you can get Jojo's at your event with their truck, consider yourself lucky! I have been to the Assiniboine Downs for their food truck market and Jojo's blows everyone away..and most others in MB.
