This place has the best fried chicken in Winnipeg, hands down. From the moment I picked up the chicken to take home, I couldn’t resist the temptation to eat it. I ended up eating a piece right in the car because it smelled so good. Our entire family loves the seasoning blend used at this restaurant; it perfectly suits our tastes. Highly recommended!

Oct 27 mobile order. Was asked to show credit card to pick up the meal. McDonald's, Popeyes, and KFC are all not required. Am I buying something expensive ? Am I buying an iPad ? Even to prove my identity, I only need to show my driver's license. Nowadays it is normal to go out without a credit card. I can also place orders via mobile phone. I just didn't have my credit card with me at the time. Very embarrassing

Very bad experience. My girlfriend placed a self-pickup order online, and since she was busy, I went to pick it up with her electronic receipt. First, they demanded the last four digits of her credit card, which I gave them. But then, they had the nerve to ask her to take a photo of the front of her credit card to show them! Why on earth would you need such private information? This is absolutely ridiculous! To top it off, they still insisted I show my personal ID just to pick up the order. This is completely outrageous! I've picked up orders for her before and never had to provide any personal ID or go through this nonsense. I’ve never heard of a restaurant asking for both a credit card and an ID just to pick up a simple takeout order. I’m beyond frustrated and extremely disappointed with this whole situation!"

Due to my tight schedule, I was unable to pick up my order in person and arranged for my boyfriend to do so on my behalf. I provided him with a screenshot of the order confirmation, which included the last four digits of my credit card as verification. However, when he arrived at the store, your staff not only requested the last four digits but also insisted on photographing the card. Despite the fact that I had provided my boyfriend with the necessary details, no clear reason was given for this additional requirement. Furthermore, your staff then requested an ID, which seemed unnecessary and caused further confusion.
I believe that requesting additional documentation, especially after verifying the order and credit card information, is excessive and infringes on my privacy. As a customer, I would appreciate a service experience that respects my personal information while still ensuring security.
I would like to better understand your store’s policy on order pickups and hope you can review these practices to minimize unnecessary steps and better protect customer privacy.
