I had a disappointing experience at this location. The cashier who took our order was quite rude and rushed us, even telling us to step aside if we wanted to use the $5 off promo. It only took a couple of minutes to create an account, but she seemed unwilling to waited, which felt disrespectful.
On top of that, the restaurant was dirty. Many tables were unclean, and we had to wipe one down ourselves before we could sit down to eat.
Overall, the lack of customer service and cleanliness made for an unsatisfactory visit. I hope management can address these issues.

Recently, we visited Jollibee for the first time and were very pleased! The customer service was excellent – the staff were very pleasant and friendly, which made our visit even more enjoyable. We were especially impressed by the speed of service – we received our order very quickly. The restaurant was clean, with no unpleasant smells, which was also a big plus for us. We will definitely come back again! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
There is a consistent issue with the cleanliness of the tables in the establishment. During a spot check of five empty tables, it was observed that all of them were in an unclean state. This situation requires immediate attention to ensure a hygienic and presentable environment for customers.

Well try this place today. Came to the window to order 2 Deluxe chicken sandwiches meals. Didn’t told us the price, just said we should drive to the window. As we stop at the window my husband decides to order 10 pc chicken also. $61.00 They told us to go wait in the parking spot. Well got home only 1 meal . No cheese on. Pay extra for a slice tomato. Nothing to brag about. Look at the receipt and they only charge for 1 meal. Well the 10 pieces a chicken was 39.99 but on the website it say 29.99. Any ways to pay $4 a piece is very expensive I think, but the chicken do taste very juicy.
I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Jollibees on McPhillips St., Winnipeg. I purchase Jollibees several times a month for luncheons for work. People love the chicken. But what I want to stress is how friendly the staff is and the service they provide. They are friendly, fast and just lovely! I drive out of my way to go to the McPhillips location because of the people that work there and how sweet they are!
