we visit Plano location last May 19 2025 and ate breakfast with my wife I left my glasses so I came back to the store and ask the staff and the cleaner told me that she put my glasses on top of the tray stand and when I look at there it's not there anymore somebody took it's a same so I go to Ronnie and ask him why she did not give it to the lost and found.Ronnie told me that they will replace my glasses and he wrote down my information and will call me.
But It's been over two weeks and nobody calls me what kind of
business they are running here you guys are in America ok.
I need my glasses back.

Absolutely horrible. From the customer service to the mashed potatoes that had so many lumps in it is was inedible. The cold chicken and fries. Would never again eat here. I never complain. Ever. But this was the worst food I’ve ever paid money for. And to top the customer service was even worse. Worked in customer service for over 25 years and the customer is not always right. But this time it was. And in my 52 years I’ve never asked for a refund of my money. Ever. This place is absolutely trash. It’s was 35$ worth of food I wouldn’t feed my dog.

Great service and great food as always. Love the pasta and the chicken. Customer service is always top notch with this brand. Not sure what to order? Order the pineapple juice, the pasta and a chicken sandwich. The yum burger is to die for and the aloha burger is amazing! I wish I took photos but it was so good I had to eat it right away. Love this place!

Tried poutine for the first time, and I wasn’t impressed. The serving was small too. Also, one of the staff members was not accommodating. I asked for gravy on the side since I prefer to add it myself, and her reasoning was, “Because it’s not the poutine profile,” LOL. I always ask for gravy on the side at other restaurants, and they’ve never had a problem with it. I can’t tell if the tita was just being lazy because it’s definitely not hard to put gravy on the side!!

Worker was rude and kept interrupting me. Ended up getting my order wrong, when confronted he wouldn’t fix anything unless I paid. Took it upon himself to remove the pie from my order even through I didn’t ask him to. Never again lol
