Ordered using the app from pick up. I still waited 20minutes or more for my order past the time allocated to me. It is very annoying to do this because the reason I ordered ahead of time is to lessen this kind of wait times. The reason was they are still frying the french fries! Please be more efficient as time is gold here!

Just order tonight at 8pm and this store is close at 10pm for just a chicken sandwich, it took me 20 mins to wait in the parking lot just to get my single order.. what a waste of time.

Today was the day I decided to take a friend of mine to Jollibee’s as I’ve been talking about it to him for over a year. After we both placed, our order had similar orders similar prices $24 and $25 and change for each of our meals. We both thought that was a little expensive for a two piece meal, but I knew the food is great and that made it a little better. After we placed our order and sat down the counter lady that took our order came over and informed us our meal will be a 20 minute wait!! because they’re making a new batch of chicken. 20 minutes is not acceptable to have to wait for your food in a fast food setting so we both went up and asked for a refund . Who waits 20 minutes in a fast food place for them to cook your food so you can eat. The manager did not offer us anything to keep us in the store no complementary nothing. I’m sure corporation wouldn’t be happy with $50 being refunded because Jollibee’s didn’t have food ready for customers and didn’t offer anything to keep the customer from refunding their orders. Not a good way to keep your customers coming back or from keeping them from doing bad reviews

Tried the famous Filipino fried chicken spot! 🇵🇭🍗 But honestly…the chicken skin was way too thick for me — wouldn’t really recommend it. 😅
The unexpected star? The Peach Mango Pie 🥭🍑 Perfect sweetness and you can actually taste the real fruit. So good! 😍✨
