Asian lady that was working there on Nov 29th at 630 counting money on the til.. no acknowledgement when I was there waiting in line atleast a few minutes.. doesn't say I'll be right with you..Just counting and with that rude face like she doesn't want me to be there. Maybe it's time to look for a new job if you don't want to be there! Jugo juice needs to train there staff better!

I had an unfortunate experience at this establishment that left a very negative impression. One of the staff members(Philippines lady maybe) was extremely rude, displaying what felt like discriminatory behavior toward customers of different races. No one should experience or witness such behavior, especially in a customer-service setting. I hope the management addresses this behavior to ensure a more respectful environment for all patrons and staff.

The lady(from Philippines maybe) working at the juice bar was very racist. Just because the customers were indian she taking so long to make juice we wait there for 20 minutes and the 5 people who ordered after us got their order before and when we tried to talk to her that we are waiting from so long she ignored and showed very rude attitude and said you can see only one person is working here and then rolled her eyes such a rude behaviour

drove all the way to the store at 8:40 pm and the employee said we are closed but the actual store closing time is 9:00 pm. i will never come again to this location.
I have been to this location multiple times, and have never been disappointed! All staff members are very attentive with fast service!

Jugo juice USED to be my top choice. After being in the hospital for 2 days, and desperately in need of something in my stomach, I stopped in to get my usual Mango smoothie. I ordered a large, and paid extra for a small cup to share with my son.
It did not taste right. It did not taste like mango what so ever. It had a strong taste of orange juice that had gone bad.
When I brought the smoothies back, the employee said she could not replace the drink. I told her that this is my usual order, and that it did not taste right. She refused to make me a new one. I requested my money back, and she said no. I asked to have her manager or owners number. She called the owner on her cell phone, stepped back and said "she doesn't like the taste".
I asked her to speak with the owner myself, and I explained that it is not that I don't like the taste- I am telling you it tastes rotten, spoiled, it does not taste like the smoothie that I typically order.
They both kept insisting and repeating "we don't refund or replace a drink just because you don't like the taste."
At this point, I am so frustrated and upset. I am telling the owner and employee, this tastes spoiled! Something must be wrong, this doesn't taste like Mango at all.
The owner was extremely rude, and her solution offered was "I will give you 10% off a new smoothie."
I said this is ridiculous, why should I pay another 10$ for something that tastes rotten!? The owner said " well I watched her make your order on the camera and she made it with all of the proper ingredients ", and I replied "yes. She did. And I am telling you, something must be rotten. It tastes like bad orange juice, it doesn't taste like Mango. Somethings wrong."
In the end, she made me a new smoothie that tasted spoiled just like the first one.
I am so sad and disappointed by the way this was handled. The owner has absolutely no customer service skills, or pride in keeping customers.
After 2 days in the hospital, I regret making the drive to get my regular smoothie. I will no longer be a customer.
Not to mention, I didn't even have my car door open before I was getting sick.
These people clearly have no problem selling spoiled rotten drinks. Nor do they care if it makes you sick!
I will definitely be calling whoever I need to, because I believe the juice dispenser has not been cleaned properly.
Disappointed, disgusted, and now I need my car detailed. Gross

The services are wonderful. I have ordered the blue crus It looks nice and tastes sweet and sour. It is fruity. I order big blue protein for my friend after gyme. She said is the tongue of a delicious drink. Anyway, I will order again.
