Hadn’t been to Junior’s in over 20 years as I don’t live in Winnipeg anymore, so I was excited to get a fat boy and fries! Was not impressed with the interior - desperately needs a renovation - nothing major, but a simple renovation would go a long way (ceiling fans are super outdated and have seen better days). Not super clean either. Staff are rude/unfriendly. They also are more interested in having their own personal conversations in another language, which I understand, so it was utterly annoying having to listen to their home cooking recipe conversations when they should be focused on the customers in the place. And having conversations in another language should not be allowed in any workplace. How about some diversity of staff? What a bad experience. Food was mediocre. And how expensive!! $8.99 for a single fat boy plus $6 to make it a combo plus $2 for gravy. Hotdog was $7.49!!! I am shocked. Not what I remember it to be. Sad.

The food is OK if you like a classic greasy spoon. The building is gross like wear gloves when you go gross. The staff aren't very friendly. The only reason I go here is it's my husband childhood memories and he loves the hotdogs with chili. If it wasn't some nostalgia for him I honestly wouldn't eat here again.

Was disappointed with the fat boys compared to previous visits (it's been a few years) they tasted just ok and were small. Fries were good but extremely expensive.

I gave it another try yesterday and customer service is just HORRENDOUS. It seems that bad attitude is a skill needed to work in here. Just the worst. Nice burgers, horrible customer service.

It's been a while since I have been here so we decided to give it a try. We had the Fat boy and two hamburgers with large fries and chili on the side. Good was good not the best ,but not the worst I've had. Fries were really good crispy but not rock hard as others have said. The burgers were tasty and the fat boy was good but a little small compared to other restaurants in the area. All in all I would spend my money here again. Good fresh food from a local restaurant. Don't believe what you read make your decision, give them a try.

I threw the food in the garbage because I didn't order a HAIR-burger. I would suggest the employees handling food be required to wear hairnets.

A good alternative to fast-food cardboard. Fatboy is always good, change it up with the Cheeseburger every now and then. I always ask for the Fries to be cooked a bit longer for the extra crispness. People who work there are always polite and have yet to get my order wrong.

They have a good food I’ve ordered many times from there but the service was really bad I had to get some sides but the girl on cash just walked away even though I haven’t finished ordering they have a really bad attitude.
I placed an advance order for food, opting for 2 sets of 5-piece chicken strips with fries, along with the Fat Boy special. However, when I arrived, I was surprised to find only one set of chicken strips with fries. I had to wait for the rest of my order and pay an additional $17.
The issue arose from a miscommunication about the menu. The person taking my order didn't inform me that fries aren't included with the chicken strips and are an extra charge. As a result, I had to wait behind skip and Uber orders, despite arriving 25 minutes after my scheduled pickup time of 15 minutes.
I was disappointed with the experience, especially considering the extra wait and cost. While I enjoy their fries, this incident has deterred me from returning. Clear communication about menu items and prices is essential to providing good customer service. In this case, the lack of transparency led to a frustrating experience.

The waiter here coughed and didn't wear a mask, covered her mouth with her hand and coughed, and then came to serve me. I left without order. I would like to try but I thought I never go again.
