Picked up 2 burgers & fries and brought them home. The burger was luke warm, not freshly made. The fries had a short visit in the fryer. I'd say the worst meal ever. Won't be returning - ever!! The quality has slipped. Nevermind the atmosphere - obviously no money in maintenance or capital expenditures.

Don't order extra chili they'll take it off your burgers, what's the point of extra if we're replacing what you failed to put on.

Staff were very friendly but food was not the same as the old days. Fries were soggy and undercooked and the chili on my Fatboy burger had no zing .
It doesn't help that the eating area of the restaurant looks like something from a dystopian cyberpunk novel. The back section is completely roped off and you're not allowed to enter or exit using the doors facing Portage Avenue. Don't even bother about asking to use the washrooms.
I live in the area and I understand the need for security but I don't understand how this equates to serving shitty food.
I miss the old Juniors. Please bring it back.

The burger is squashed, everything fell out, it’s not fresh, and it looks like it was thrown together for a pig. Worst burger i have ever eat in my life. After 2 baits i just throw all meal to the garbage. Uber driver was waiting for meal like 40 minutes inside for 2 burgers.
You seriously need to consider replacing the staff at this restaurant. I have never seen such poor service and unprofessional behavior in my life. The female cashier literally threw the order at me when I came to pick it up for Uber delivery. This kind of treatment is unacceptable.
