Pho in Kai reminds me my childhood flavour. Tasty and delicous! Unfortunately, I cant come frequently because I dont work in downtown, and the store's openning time is almost the same as my office hours. Hope they will open another location someday :

Worst customer service, we were on convention trip and their customer service sucks. Previously on my friends review you comented that bowl was half way eaten she didn’t touch the bowl and came to you to change the food but you refused. You need to remember this what you do goes around.

Have eaten here before. Food was good. Today myself and another customer asked for the salad rolls with shrimp. We were both offered a sample pair of rolls that were wrapped in Saran Wrap and sitting at the till as a display. The first customer said that she didn’t know how long those had been sitting out not refrigerated and would like fresh ones made. She was polite. She was told no. She asked again to clarify if they would make fresh ones and was again told no. She said no thank you and walked away. There were no other customers waiting. I then stepped up and asked as the ones sitting out had shrimp and I would also ask for fresh ones. The staff person picked up the ones on the counter and said I could have that one. I said I would appreciate fresh ones. I was told no as well. Very unfortunate that two customers business was turned away.

Good location. Since it's at one of the busiest place in downtown. Parking is available on street mostly paid. I like the food. Food court area is shared by all the business customers so that's not a problem. But the setup of Kai pho is that you can't make your stuff like adding sauce and spices. In fact you have to goto counter and grab at once whatever they have and while eating if your taste bud asks for more options you have to either let it ignore or have to go in line again and get it in a box. I tried grilled chicken with spring roll with peanut on it. It was good but I found noodles were plain and I got just I sweet and sour sauce. I wanted to more stuff for noodles

They put very little meat in their Banh Mi sandwich. Eat here if you want to eat a loaf of bread with cilantro on it. Their Vietnamese coffee is dynamite though.

On the second floor. This is key to finding the spot.
