the drain.Ginger beef was soggy not even sure if it was beef, it was compeletly mushy and mostly just onions, the noodles weren’t what I thought they were (website showed a completely different photo from the noodles I received.) The store was unwilling to help with the disappointing order. Will not return.

Refused to deliver me a single dish. Woman said I needed to order more things before they would deliver. The delivery cost is the same whether it’s one item or ten. Will never order from here again

I really really enjoyed the food. The ginger beef was amazing. But the rest was just as good. Highly recommend!

We’ve ordered from here quite a few times over the years and it’s never disappointed! I must say that today was especially on point. The sesame chicken morsels are small and crispy little bursts of flavour! Kai Ping special Loo mein was perfect, we were craving some noodles all week so these hit the spot! Mixed vegetables had a nice variety and were perfectly cooked with some crunch, not all slimy and mushy. Egg rolls and white rice came perfectly cooked as well! These items were all on point and nice portions to feed my partner and I for another meal tomorrow. Fresh, colourful, not greasy. Consistent all across the board without a single complaint with this Chinese takeout experience!!

Ordered a few things tonight. Food was ok. Ordered Kung Pao Chicken which was supposed to be spicy but didn't have one hot pepper in it. Was very bland. Disappointed as I was expecting some zing. Also ordered Crispy Hot and Spicy Beef. Tasted good but was not spicy at all. Lemon Chicken was ok. Both Chicken Fried Rice and Mixed vegetables were good but missing salt. The pictures of their food on their menu doesn't look anything like what you get now.

Been going to this pick up restaurant for 17 years now. The new owner has actually done very well with the unchanged menu. Their food is one of the best. However, they continue to raise their prices and decrease the dish amounts. Raising the free delivery to $40 also. I’m finding less shrimp, chicken and meats in general in the dishes as well. The rice is now in smaller amounts too. If you want to raise your prices then at least keep the amounts you serve to how it was with the past owners. They were much more generous!!

This place has become seriously terrible. Before they changed owners they took pride in their food quality. I ordered cantonese chow main and deluxe won ton soup and received old soft vegetables and leather like pork in both the soup and the chow main. There were 3 small pieces of broccoli in a 15.00 bowl of mushy supposedly 'deluxe won ton soup. The vegetables were obviously boiled and not stir fried and the only seasoning was way too much salt. I asked for someone to call me to discuss and received no call, showing that they don't care about the junk they are selling as 'food'. They will be out of business very soon as they care about nothing but overcharging for tiny portions and serving obviously left over gross food.

This restaraunt used to be great, but not since it changed ownership. I would not order from here again.

I used to order from here years ago and loved it, but the owners have changed and the quality and quantity of food has really gone downhill. I will not be back.

Very friendly service and delicious food! The serving size is good and they are customer oriented. It has become one of our regular places for take out.

WORST experience ever. Not sure if owners changed or what happened but i’m disgusted with the repulsive prices and attitudes that the people had with my family and i. Repulsive. My ENTIRE EXTENDED family has been ordering from Kai Ping for years and this will MOST DEFINITELY be the last…. Passing the message onto all, especially because of pricing.I no longer recommend this restaurant

I ordered ginger beef with green onions . I don’t know what they gave me , but it was fried yellow onions with a few strips of beef . I also ordered chow mein special which was tasteless. $ 30 later I felt ripped off . Really bad meal !
