Ordered a sweet tooth, which is about $13, when you go pick in person. Ordered sweet tooth thru uber eats. When the crepe arrived, it was more than half empty with not enough Nutella spread and missing chocolate syrup, which I paid for. Called the store, and they said they were busy,with no acknowledgment of how this is justifiable when I am paying $22 in total for the horrible food service.

I visited the store as i visited kawaii for first time and there was the girl she attended us so nicely and she even made the best crepe I praised her for that and It made my so happy when she told us she is the manager there, she was best and I will visit again to eat there☺️☺️

My experience at Kawaii Crepe was quite disappointing. The crepe I ordered was poorly made and lacked the fresh ingredients they promised. The service was slow and indifferent, making the overall atmosphere quite unpleasant. The food seemed promising at first, but unfortunately, it was undercooked and tasted off. Within an hour of leaving the restaurant, I began experiencing severe stomach pains and discomfort. It's clear that proper hygiene and food preparation standards were not met, resulting in a very unpleasant dining experience. Not to mention, the prices were too high for the quality of food served. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a satisfying crepe experience.
I order from here, at least twice a week on skip the dishes. Today I received the most dark brown, rock hard crepe I’ve ever seen in my entire life. I did not know you guys would still serve something like that to a customer? I spent $18 just to wait to still not be able to eat anything and have to fight with skip the dishes to get a full refund back. As the only one who got to eat the crepe was my garbage can. Super unacceptable and won’t be ordering from here anymore which sucks mostly for me but it is what it is. The fact that there wasn’t any care to send this out to a customer is all I need to know.

I wanted a gluten free crepe and because we came 25 minutes before close they couldn’t make any. So unfortunate as I drove all the way over there to find out they couldn’t make something that they offer on their menu!!!!! Decided I’ll just get one of their slushy drinks just for them to tell me they couldn’t make that either because they’re closing soon. Don’t recommend this location. Went to the st V location and they made it for me 5 minutes before they closed!
