The place seems to have gone down hill, the staff were not great, the venue was empty and the orders are now mostly crepe with a token gesture of filling. Won't be coming back in a hurry.

Terrible service. 5 of us came in and each ordered a “build your own crepe”. Took a total of 25 minutes for all of them to be ready and they messed up two crepes by adding extra product claiming we ordered it and overcharged us. When we explained it was the wrong sauces added the workers looked at each other and laughed and spoke in another language.
We did not get any refund or an apology. Bad customer service and will not be returning. — Friday May 16th @12:30

If you like soft foods, this is a great place. I've noticed the selection is.. well.. soft. It's almost like a sweeter, cakier burrito. I would definitely grab the sweet ones before the savory. Savory is okay but I'd rather hit up a burrito place if that's the place. Lost a star cuz yall need more Crunch in ya Crepes. Lost another star because they DONT READ INSTRUCTIONS on an order if you order online.

“Mangolicious” and “Fruitella” are a true celebration of flavor! “Mangolicious” offers a juicy mango aroma that pairs perfectly with the delicate crepe. Meanwhile, “Fruitella” surprises with a vibrant fruit mix and a delightful sweetness. Both options are incredibly appetizing and definitely worth trying again!

Ordered a 'pump it with yam' savoury crepe with tofu and cold coffee bubble beverage. The drink was good. The crepe smelled very raw eggy and i couldn't have more than a bite or 2.
Cool space but crepes were okay. Had better crepes at other places. May come here again.

Ordered a sweet tooth, which is about $13, when you go pick in person. Ordered sweet tooth thru uber eats. When the crepe arrived, it was more than half empty with not enough Nutella spread and missing chocolate syrup, which I paid for. Called the store, and they said they were busy,with no acknowledgment of how this is justifiable when I am paying $22 in total for the horrible food service.

I visited the store as i visited kawaii for first time and there was the girl she attended us so nicely and she even made the best crepe I praised her for that and It made my so happy when she told us she is the manager there, she was best and I will visit again to eat there☺️☺️
