Owner should see what’s going on in the restaurant they are not allowing to use washroom for delivery driver they said it’s for paid customers
owner should see whats going on in this resturant. Staff never allow delivery drivers to use the washroom. They simply said this is only for paid customers and not for uber eats drivers
Every crepe I got here was a massive disappointment. Bad quality ingredients......worse than a subway or Pita Pit. I would feel bad feeding this to my dog.
I picked order nd I asked to use the washroom, but they said there’s no public washroom, even though they had dine-in. So she is very rude
Me and my friend was trying kawaii crepe the first time and we entered in and both of the staff they looked at us and started there work again and no one came to attend us. So it was the worst experience for my entire life that we go to some place and they behave like this
It was my first time trying kawaii crepe and experience was not great, both of the workers just ignored us that we wasn't there they just kept doing thing knowing that there's somebody there waiting for you.
Great Crepes fresh and tasty. Highly recommend

Always delicious 😋 P.S. St James/Charleswood needs a location lol

Restaurantji Recommends
We tried two different crepes and both were delicious with fresh ingredients, juicy strawberries packed in. You can watch them make your crepe, which is fun . Friendly and polite staff.
So many options to have there.
Will definitely recommend this location to everyone who wants good tasty crepe.
Cheers
Felt like something different, so I decided to check this place out. I ordered the uptown for my savory crepe and the mangolicious as my sweet crepe. Both were phenomenal. The batter was just too good. Hot, fresh and unique. This place is a must try hands down! Skip the fast food joints and opt for a change for the better.
It's typically never a good experience, either you dine in or order take out.
Even got hair in my It's a S'mores crepe.
The restaurant itself is dark and dirty, the staff seem like they don't like anyone who isn't Asian either, so there's that.
But yeah, should probably call the health department.

The service here is absolutely disgraceful. Delivery drivers, who work tirelessly to keep businesses running, are treated like second-class citizens. Refusing access to washrooms and claiming it's "only for customers" is not just inconvenient—it’s outright disrespectful. This lack of basic decency and consideration is unacceptable. It’s shameful that such policies exist in this day and age. If businesses rely on delivery drivers, the least they can do is provide access to essential facilities.

I hope people that manages the store can see through the cameras how disrespectful the staff is in the store. We ordered two crepes same one and told them to modify one with just Nutella on the inner side, no response, which was fine they still tried and listened to us. As we got the order we sat and was immediately told to leave as the store is closed. I then asked what time the store closes, the person replied 11 so I asked, so we can’t sit till then? The person then replied the lobby closes at 1030. So I asked what about the group ( about 6-7 people) who just left and then he replied by saying that they were friends. I asked so rules are different for friends and costumers? Is this really standard of costumer service ?
