We generally love BP so we assumed this would be our experience again. Wrong 🤦🏻♀️ To be fair, it was very busy but, are the staff not trained for that? Service started slow after waiting about 5 minutes to even be acknowledged by our server (the hostess ended up dealing with our final bill after we had sat for 15 mins waiting), server forgot items we requested several times, the chicken tacos tasted like fish and ended up not eating them, fries were cold, food was brought out at 3 different times, (the first arrived while we were still eating appetizers and the last being almost 10 minutes after the rest were half done eating) and after requesting no ice, had a drink so watery it tasted like lemon water and a double rum that tasted like cola only. Beyond their control but, this location was very busy but very child centered. Where we sat (5 average adults crammed into a booth), we were the only table without small kids. We sat through screaming kids, kids running around the restaurant and just a lot of chaos. That's on the parents but, perhaps management could have reminded them that others were also trying to enjoy a dinner out. We will still enjoy BP but perhaps just stick to our regular location from now on.
I made a note it was my daughter's b day and mentioned it there and the fact was ignored. Wasn't made a special day as last year at a different location. Had a song and I think a candle . She put the desert we ordered down said nothing and walked away
Excellent service. Table was set up and ready. The lunch specials were an excellent value and everyone loved their meals
We went to dinner at Boston Pizza and the food was delicious! Everyone in our 6-person party thought their meal was very flavourful and well cooked. Our service was subpar. Our waitresses were very nice, but we were not asked at any point if we would like drinks refilled at any point. When we flagged our waitress down to order refills, they took a very long time to come out, about 15 minutes. By that point we were done eating and had to drink our drinks quickly so we could leave. Other than that, our dinner experience was great.
Boston Pizza is a great choice for meeting up with friends, watching sports, or going out with the family. The food tastes good and its newly renovated, which gives it a nice appearance.
We enjoyed the visit seemed they were short staffed on waitresses . Ours came by as much as she could but there was a time we sat waited for anyone to walk by to get water we found a different waitress and she got a younger girl to get us water which was warm I think they should just leave a jug of ice water in the table like they do at pancake house then u don't have to chase anyone down as well the appt cajun shrimp should be like jumbos not little pieces for the price snd it's an spot use bigger shrimp as well we were there for a bday and the free dessert took forever to come out overall was good just alittle slow at times maybe hire a few more people to come around with water or coffee or extra people to help
When we arrived, they had no idea about OpenTable and said to call next time we want a reservation. Fortunately the restaurant was relatively empty. If we come to this Boston Pizza, no OpenTable reservations! The staff were very good, otherwise. To be honest, it has been a long time since going to Boston Pizza. I recall their food being better. It is not bad, just ok. We went to BP as a birthday request. They don't do anything special for birthdays, apparently. We had salt and pepper wings, Thai Chili wings, jambalaya, chicken tenders and fries. I asked for hot water, which they served with lemon. From a service perspective they were very good. With few patrons, I guess that is expected. From a food standpoint, it was good, not spectacular. Ambiance was great since it was relatively empty. Still, there were some youg kids so if you want a relatively quiet restaurant, BP is not for you. If there is a birthday request to go again, I would go.
Lots to see and do but need to exorcise caution with meth and vagrants nearby
I don't think I have been here, lol
Haven't been here

Way too congested for a small area
Not a restaurant - a shopping complex.
All was good. Took my daughter & her friend and didn't know kids eat free 🤷🏻♀️ everything was served hot, service was good. Pretty loud bc of lots of kids and Friday night but was totally fine!
Despite being very busy, our server, Jen, was attentive and intuitive to our needs. The food tastes and portions met our expectations. While this location is not in our neighbourhood nor our usual venue, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
Pretty good.
