We generally love BP so we assumed this would be our experience again. Wrong 🤦🏻♀️ To be fair, it was very busy but, are the staff not trained for that? Service started slow after waiting about 5 minutes to even be acknowledged by our server (the hostess ended up dealing with our final bill after we had sat for 15 mins waiting), server forgot items we requested several times, the chicken tacos tasted like fish and ended up not eating them, fries were cold, food was...
I made a note it was my daughter's b day and mentioned it there and the fact was ignored. Wasn't made a special day as last year at a different location. Had a song and I think a candle . She put the desert we ordered down said nothing and walked away
We went to dinner at Boston Pizza and the food was delicious! Everyone in our 6-person party thought their meal was very flavourful and well cooked. Our service was subpar. Our waitresses were very nice, but we were not asked at any point if we would like drinks refilled at any point. When we flagged our waitress down to order refills, they took a very long time to come out, about 15 minutes. By that point we were done eating and had to drink our drinks quickly so we could leave....
